I actually thought it started with that bad concussion he suffered against San Diego State in 2007. He was literally knocked out, by a helmet-to helmet hit that would be a illegal today. We didn't have concussion protocol back them, and he only missed one game, we knew little about CTE 14 years ago. I think the automobile accident just hastened his downward spiral. @@jaya1000 100% agree that is a huge part of it. Drug laws always seemed to come about because (insert minority) might get high and try to rape white woman. I swear it's terrible the way the justice system is and how the laws came to be. I'm a white male and I've have plenty of experience with the system, but I do know for a fact it would have been way worse if I wasn't white. Especially where I'm from. I have a lot of good memories watching football with my dad and Colt Brennan was one of our favorite players of all time. Very sad how his life ended. R.I.P to a true legend

No lie as a Samoan playing College football my Freshmen year (I'm 33 now) 2007 that OLine was Tested.. every Samoan and Tongan playing OLine was given the real deal Holyfield (Irony cuz he's from GA) that night and that Defensive front light Colt up like it was the 4th of July.. I'm so sad to hear of Colt Passing.. Really amazing QB.. Don't forget watching those games as a kid growing up Hawaii was on top of their game then

It’s truly sad, if he were putting up those numbers and highlights today, he would be on his way to the NFL no problem. He was a few years too early.
