I was in the the Toys R Us in the Mall Of America when I went there for my birthday last month. The first time I'd been in one in 15 years. I never really went there when I was a kid in the 2000s mainly cuz there was no reason to. Mom bought all my toy stuffs at places like Walmart and Target. I'm no businessman but I know that the decision to open one in the Mall Of America was a smart one. They've got an incredibly strong foothold in there and it's not hard to see why considering it's the biggest mall in North America and one of the top 10 on the planet. I'm no store nostalgia person but it truly was a joy to go in a store I hadn't been in since 2010.

Toys R Us biggest mistake was getting brought out by a private equity firm. They're always known for putting retails in a lot of debt and force then to go out of business.
