This was a super well organized video. So with the gerudo and the toon link saga, even though we don’t see them directly. They are speculated to have either become the mermaids or the pirates like Jolene in Phamtom hourglass. Def not anything confirmed, but it’s fun to speculate about.

Also on the topic itself now I've finished watching - the theories I keep seeing is that in the Child timeline, many of them were imprisoned during the war. With Ganondorf imprisoned, Twinrova defeated (though another theory is she escaped to Termina), and no leader except Nabooru, they were defeated, scattered further out, and disbanded by the Hyrule army - possibly scattered beyond the borders in OoT. In the adult timeline, the flood either drowns them all or there's nowhere for them to go as the desert was too low down and away from high ground - so they either escaped far into the desert, tried to get to Death Mountain, or drowned.

I've always wondered, is the voe who sells you Gerudo clothes at the Kara Kara Bazaar, "The One Male Gerudo born every 100 years?" his hair is red and his skin is darker like a Gerudo. This video reminded me of that question.

That is an interesting theory. Maybe he is Hylian but he just coloured his hair red so he would fit in. Also I like how you used the word "Voe".

I spend too much time in Gerudo, lol. and it could be makeup and hair dye, I don't remember if their body type was that "Gerudo-ish." Also Sarqso for more evidence that Botw takes place on the child timeline. Since the Gerudo are still alive.

You are very welcome. Its hard to know what Nintendo is up to with the timeline. Evidence points to BotW being in the child timeline but they could just drop something on us at any point. They changed the order of the Decline timeline so they could do it again. My version of the Hyrule Historia has the Oracle games taking place before links awakening but on the official Zelda website Link's Awakening takes place directly after ALTTP.

A lot of people seem to think so. Maybe Koume and Kotake taught him the ways of magic and sorcery and just his general lust for power was the source of his drive to have more than what he was born with. But I can try to find some concrete reasoning to why Ganondorf is evil or what put him on the dark path.

You know how the one-male-per-century thing is never explained? I _believe_ it isn't a biological thing per se, but more of a law/tradition. Whereas in OoT you might presume they would kill all male children, in the world set up in BotW it seems much more likely that the male kids stay with the father, and the female kids stay with the mother. About the skin color, there is at least one "white" Gerudo in BotW, and another guard lists "not being able to see your abs" as proof that Link is not really a Gerudo, rather than his skin color. So, if all the children are mixed race, why aren't they more... median between "white" and "black?" Well, the same reason I'm using air quotes, they aren't the same races that exist in the real world. Maybe there's a much heavier gene dominance or something? IDK, I'm not a scientist? Though, that problem exists no matter how the one-male-per-century thing works. On another note, do you think they know Ganondorf is... "alive" sort of? And that's why they haven't been letting new males be born/stay, for the last... 110,000ish years?

A few great points here. I am not sure if Nabooru would have allowed the killing of children seeing as she doesn't agree with Ganondorf's lack of mercy and hates how he kills people in general. But maybe when she was brainwashed they started being extra harsh. In BotW we can see the teacher has a very light skin tone and there are a few gerudo with very dark skin tone as well. Like the woman in Kara Kara Bazaar and some of the women in the bar. So I think there is a pretty diverse range of mixed race happening. But I am not sure if the Gerudo are aware of Ganondorf's current state. Maybe becoming the calamity still counts as him being alive so another child isn't born. It's a huge question. There is a theory that the reason only one male is born every one hundred years is due to a curse. But it is just a theory.
