Also, there are no Dravidian languages in the south. - At least, three south Indian languages have Sanskrit as their base. And all the northern languages have Sanskrit as their base. - Modi has not changed constitution. In fact, Congress changed the large portion of the constitution, especially Indira Gandhi with 42nd Amendment Act.
