Because David was conceived in sin but raised as a Son of Jesse of the tribe of Judah. Thats why his brothers hated him and why he had different colored skin. Especially after he was anointed by Samuel. Mary was found with child (out of wedlock) but her child was raised by Joseph of the tribe of Judah. (Same as David). His true Geneology was unknown thats why Hebrews says he was of the order of melchzadok of unknown Geneology. I'm not really seeing the relevance of the blessing Jacob gave to Joseph's two sons (Ephraim & Manasseh) since the promised seed (Jesus) would come through Judah not Joseph.
From genesis to revelation we see the importance of all the 12 tribes. Revelation 21:12 It had a great and high wall, with twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels; and names were written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel.
Bethlehem Ephratah! This was a place in Judah inhabited by people of Ephraim decent. Isn't that clear enough? By the time the truth comes out, when you know the meaning of Bethlehem, or the original name it was changed from, it will be too obvious. But the fact is up there.
See I Chron 5:1-2 The birthright portion of the blessing is given to Ephraim and Manasseh with the line to Christ through Judah. Manasseh fulfilled the singular great nation promise in the USA. We are near the end times folks.
Remember the firstborn which was Reuben should have inherited the spiritual and material blessings but he defiled his father's bed.That is why the blessing was divided. Joseph's sons got the material blessing and the spiritual blessing went to Judah.

The descendants would be there. The U.S. has both Ephraim and Mannaseh. Joseph was an attractive man, so his descendants would be as well! He fell to pagan ways in Egpyt, his descendants would as well. Joseph's descendants would be double blessed and have mighty military's. We see in Zechariah 9:10 that God will break Joseph's chariots and bow in the last days. That would be tanks and guns obviously today. Jesus was sent especially for the house of Joseph. Matthew 15:24 and Matthew 7:10 The northern tribes would become the Abrahamic covenant while the southern tribes became the Mosiac covenant. God made a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. This was the old covenant restructured so each house would master one of the covenants according to their strength and to excel when they take it to the nations.

Those are the tens of thousands of Ephraim and the thousands of Mannaseh. Today this would be multiplied to millions. Ephraim is among the British somewhere while Ephraim and Mannaseh are among the Americans somewhere. The national identity though is Ephraim of Great Britan , the U.S. is Mannaseh. This just meams Mannaseh took charge in the late 19th century in the U.S. and it was among the German Americans. While Ephraim was the British Americans. The Anglo Saxons are Germanic tribes. So both tribes are present, as are all 12 tribes. Mannaseh was in Western Germany while Ephraim was already in England. Both tribes ended up in the U.S. as well. Please note again, this is not all the citizens. Also greater blessing just means longer, and not better. Ephraim was too become a company of great nations, while Mannaseh a single mighty nation.

As Jesus was at the well talking to the woman about living water she a Samaritan was waiting for their messiah, Messiah Ben Joseph, the suffering Messiah. The Gates of Jerusalem were supose to be named after the 12 tribes and Ezekiel has a gate of Levi and a gate of Joseph. At the end of the day there were only 12 sons of Jacob/Israel.
The Levi doesn't get a land because they're a God servants which is what the Pharisees do, what is presented for God is what belonged to the Levi tribes.
Yes, Jacob had 4 wives. It’s never presented positively and leads to numerous issues. The Rueben scandal and the betrayal of Joseph chief among them. At first, he took two wives because his uncle tricked him into marrying Leah, who he didn’t love. Then he took Rachel to be his wife, the one he truly loved. The other two were servants that had children on behalf of each wife as pawns in their continued rivalry. This chaotic family, with God’s grace and guidance, became the nation of Israel that produced the king of kings, Jesus.
So to fulfill the promise Jesus would have had to be from Ephraim. That was the point of your whole video up until the last 3 minutes. Then you totally dropped the point of the blessing to Joseph. So what does Judah have to do with the promise since everyone thinks Jesus was of the tribe of Judah? Judah didnt receive the promise, the 2nd born grandchild of Joseph received it. This is very confusing.
I think the confusion is probably where you said Jesus is from Ephraim and he's not the Bible says this many times. Judah in the bible is said to be the successor of Jacob and the birthright blessing of firstborn.
Jesus was from the tribe of Judah .The scepter shall not depart from Judah .The kingship rulership was apportioned to Judah while the material blessings were to Joseph. Reuben lost out as the firstborn because he he defiled his father's bed .

Fulfilling the prophecy the stick of Judah joined with the stick of Joseph in the hand of Ephraim. Ephraim is my firstborn. His earthly Father was unknown, but didn't matter b cause he was adopted by Mary's husband as his own.

You are too chicken or ignorant to follow through on what the birthright promise given to Ephraim and Manasseh. It is a blind spot in the church and so instead of the hard work its just rush to talk about the Savior. Yeah I get it but it was a cop out in the end.

It seems likely that Israel, coming after Jacob, never knew Joseph until they met in Egypt. Has anyone thought that maybe time is not in any particular order when it is viewed from God's perspective? Maybe Ephraim was Joseph's first borne in Joseph's eyes but not in Israel's... Manasseh may have been the remnant of Egypt that survived the destruction of the Egyptians. I doubt if anybody has any idea for how it works, because the Bible remains a mystery, according to the people of this Earth. I'm not convinced by anyone about anything I have ever heard for how they interpret the Bible. No offense, but nobody has gotten it right, and if anyone ever does, who could understand them?
