When you do a challenge I see that you always drink a lot of liquid along with the food. Is that to make the food easier to swallow? Or does food "pack " into your stomach better when it's mixed with liquid so you can fit more in? Weird question, I know. Tried to word it the best I could

its mostly a speed thing...the more you drink, the easier it goes down...if you don't drink much it backs up in your oesophagus and upper stomach

.....this is Detroit's 88th season.....we're in the hunt for a potential playoff spot....but it doesn't look like we're heading to the main event. Which most Detroit fans are very accustomed with...as Detroit hasn't ever made it to a Super Bowl since it became the "Super Bowl" in 1967 ((following the 1966 regular season)). Lol. They were NFL Champions four times before it was titled the "Super Bowl"; the "recent" seasons we got anywhere close to the Super Bowl was back in 1991....and, in 2014, we lost in the playoffs to the Cowboys. We have die hard spirit and Matthew Stafford, tho....haha.....((and Barry Sanders was a LEGEND)).
