As a person that was in the guard until recently, they are quick as fuck to seperate enlisted personnel for PT, medical, or BMI standards. I have however seen my fair share of majors( interestingly no one ranked lower, no one higher) who sit at the 17-20 year mark riding out their last few years before retirement as fat slobs. Their command ignoring it so they can get their pension.
