What once started as an extraordinary adventure, transformed into a true passion for conservation. Hunting plays such a vital role in the preservation of the wild lands and the game that make it their home. My trophy room is the ultimate testament to the importance of sustainable hunting to conservation and the need to maintain our great game fields around the globe. In my hunter's liar, I have focused on the true essence of my journey, from the plains of Tanzania after the king of the jungle, to an extraordinary rain forest in the mountains of Ethiopia after the coveted mountain nyala and other unique animals found in the jungle, to a maneater crocodile taken in the wilds of Zimbabwe. the quest has taken me to all the continents, including chasing the great white bear of the north, a magnificent walrus in the artic, a majestic argali high in the rugged mountains of Asia, to the spectacular desert of Sonora after exceptional mule deer. At the heart of my trophy room is my profound reverence for the game I have pursued, the hallmark of a true hunter. The primary role of the trophy room is to enlighten people, especially the younger generation, about the extraordinary animals that exist on our planet, and the importance of their conservation. It’s been my honor to share my adventures with you at ahuntersquest, to bring insight and awareness to the importance of sustainable hunting. Many hundreds of miles have been walked and climbed, very long days and nights navigating some of the harshest terrains in over 50 different countries, and dealing with the highs and lows of fair chase hunting, to make this trophy room a reality. May it inspire you to pursue grand adventures around the globe, give back to the game and people that make it all possible, and share the reality that sustainable hunting is conservation.
The future of wild animals across the globe is dependent on our ability to sustain their constantly shrinking habitat. So the question remains. How does this help sustain and preserve the wildlands? It’s very simple, the local communities depend on the revenue generated from sportsmen. They also greatly benefit from the meat harvested during the safaris that take place on their land. Because of this, the game is protected and the habitat preserved.
