The TRUE Complexity of Traumerei...(Ft. Dr.Bonehead) 

A lot of trauma survivors do things for comfort, including wearing comfortable clothing etc. Some avoid light, noises, etc. bc it can be triggering and also trigger physical symptoms from mental damage. Perhaps he erased memory but not mental damage he sustained

I agree with a lot of this but I think the focus on V is misplaced. I think the betrayal that he is weird about is more from Arlene than V. We know from Gustang, who admits to being unfriendly, that Arlene got along with everyone. We’ve seen that Traumerei is similarly unfriendly and withdrawn in his own way so I wouldn’t be shocked if Arlene was one of his few friends among the 13. I’m not entirely discounting that V meant something to him also, but I feel like Arlene is the more logical choice based on what we know so far. I think when you think about Bam he also “gets along with everyone” and is the person in his friend group that sort of ties everyone together. I think Arlene probably had a similar role in their group, we know that she was at the very least a mediator for V and Jahad already for instance. I personally expect that we will see that Arlene was like a big sister figure for Traumerei. I thought it was really interesting to see that Traumerei really and truly sees non irregulars as not being humans. To the extent that he was reluctant to control Bam through force because the thinks that would be immoral to do. We know this guy literally controls everyone else via force and as soon as he meets Bam he is acting different. This was a really interesting thing to consider. That the 10 fams and Jahad aren’t as immoral and shitty as we think, but that they view non irregulars as being so inhuman that they don’t really think it’s wrong to do almost anything to them. When you see it through that lens also it kind of makes you wonder if Traumerei does want Bam to be his son for more than just power reasons. He doesn’t even consider his own blood children to be anything but trifles. So having Bam as a ‘son’ would make him the only family head with a child that is on their level.

What you mentioned about Traumerei and the family head's indifference and how they aren't necessarily happy despite seemingly having everything, like celebrities in real life, actually plays into one of the major themes of ToG. You don't need to be special to be happy, in fact being special might emotionally isolate you and make you miserable. Just look at Rachel, Endorsi & Yura. Rachel is so desperate to become special she threw away everything she really needed to happy, Endorsi became special but isn't happy and Yura quit being an Idol to look for her family on the hidden floor and try to become friends with Rachel.

I feel like tower of God is way too big of a world to be told In a comic that releases once a week. He has way too many characters and plots going on that any time he switches from one it's not focused on another I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing I feel more like he needs to franchise the series out so that it can be told better

Traumerei is definitely a jahad loyalist edhwan is who i suspect is the most likely person to betray jahad not out of anymore reason than he just wants to maybe the are family could however i do see the khun family just being the ultimate schemers of the tower and making a family brutal and clever enough to face jahads army is something i could see edhwan planning

I feel like Traumerei is the actual nice guy, and Gustang is a total piece of poopoo human being. I call it now.

Its possible that Traumerei was planning to feed the Leviathan to Bam after he joined the family and wasn't expecting Maschenny to feed it to him beforehand.

new chapters are out, and with them we see that the king does care for traumerei on some level, because he checks in on him. for zahard, traumerei probably represents the old bonds the 13 used to share, he's a morality pet for zahard. for traumerei, he is traumatized by V and arlene's betrayal of the others, he is deeply wounded and running from that wound. he removed his own memories, but bam is starting to trigger his trauma again, trauma that traumerei can't even remember.

The family heads are problably going to very complacent due to how long they have lived. Typically we humans usualy remember the worst situation.

Hello, I recently came up with a theory, I don't know if it's new or not, but based on the last chapter where the Faka leader was briefly shown, I had the thought that if Lo Po Bia was well acquainted with the Faka leader when they went up to the tower and wanted to make him their right hand (instead of Kirin), but he chose Bam's father, which really hurt him, and they had to fight against each other. Someone will say why he only collects furries, the fact of the matter is that the leader of FAK, judging by the frame, looks like a butterfly man and I don’t know exactly where, but I think it was said somewhere that Lo Po Bia couldn’t -to tame and we are talking about his father Yami, perhaps it was him.
