I think Eternity is a vampire (although unfortunately this event did confirm anything lol), but instead of sucking human blood she probably feeds on the blood of sea creatures, as hinted at by the first segment of her unlockable lore, as well as some of her lines, specifically: "The marine animals are a gift from Mother Nature. Their meat is fresh, the texture is soft, and their blood is sweet with the unique... Oh, I'm terribly sorry. It seems it's not a pleasant topic for you." Now, yes, we haven't seen any vampires yet in R1999, but then again we also hadn't seen any Rusalka until Vila came, right? I'm sure we'll see more vampires very soon, and maybe they'll even get their own category. Unless they're just arcanists with a curse, which is also possible imo.

I still love that ay the end of the day, the mystery of Eternity's immortality still remains. Just how does she do it?

Eternity is not a real vampire First of all she is Arcane Creature along with: Door, Darley Clatter, La Source, The Fool, Ulu, Sweetheart, Getian Eternity is closely related to Turritopsis dohrnii (Immortal jellyfish) so her immortality might be similar. Sea monsters obeyed her commands. If you didn't know, there was a page in the 1.5 event that says there is a contest where you have to tame a sea monster and then race with it, and Eternity is the best in this contest. The clothes and accessories include the jellyfish purse (which is alive) they are made by someone called Eurybia (was the goddess of power over, and mastery of, the sea. She apparently presided over external forces which influence the main such as the rise of the constellations, seasonal weather, and the power of the winds) In echoes in the mountain many items were described as being created by a company that specializes in creating items with magical powers for the Arcanist, having themes related to animals Eurybia could work for that company And if you want to know, Sweetheart is a succubus.
