Played last month and Guns was the first to max. Used nothing but Lucky right until Heavy NCR troops/Vet Legions started spawning, then switched to the good ole Sequoia. Melee was at about 45 (I like Skyrims combat better for melee fights)
ffs! Exactly this happened again for me. At the start I thought maybe try something crazy like a grenade throwing chem addicted plasma rifle guy. Got my first revolver: Ah fuck it, Cowboy style, lets go.
Dead Money is goated, breaking the casino and getting all the Vending Machine perks sets you up with Stims and other useful meds/repair kits for the rest of the playthrough
@@TheJoeWhoSoldTheWorld oh I know you can tell it bothers him to no end, I kinda can’t wait till the guy retires or hopefully Microsoft makes some fallout spinoffs again
Was it really that good or have games just gotten wores. Like it's a big map but it's a very empty map soooo many buildings with nothing there. Eg Sniper lookout above Cottonwood cove just empty apart from 100 lockpick and a ok rifle and there's 80 something similar location........ Go exploring and find nothing
New Vegas Casinos be like: "I've made a lot of tough decisions since I took this position. But none of them harder than this one. You stole all our caps, and you'll kill us. I'm sorry. You're lucky...and you have to leave."
I spotted him yesterday in my playthrough on southern edge. After he gave me no Dialogue option I just Killed him with Anti-material rifle GRA with Mod
I appreciate that this one encounter is probably the most agreed-upon killing in the entire game. It seems that every single person instinctively kills that person. Even I did on my very first play through
@@regalcartoon3952 I envy you so much because every time I decide to replay NV I just get bored and it kinda pisses me off. Maybe it’s just cause I’ve played it front to back to many times. It’s kinda like as I’m loading the game up I play through the game in my head and it ruins it for me if that makes sense
@@saltysalt2093 It does. But I just…man. For some reason it never happens to me. It’s weird too. I get bored with Fallout 3 and 4 now. Skyrim too. But I can never manage to get sick of New Vegas or Oblivion. It’s really weird.
Theyll throw u out as soon as u hit the cap of earned money (different for every casino), so u can only gain a certain amount of money from each casino. Luck only changes the time itll take, not the amount of money in the result
@@user-qs2hd3jv4d It very much changes the final take less than 5 luck makes it so you really can't win more than you lose, and with 7 or more luck you can game the winnings limit. if you play blackjack until you are 100-200 caps below the max limit and then move to roullette and max bet on 1 number you can over shoot the limit by several thousand caps which you still receive as payout. This is nearly impossible without the consistency of high luck.
The leaving for 6 months then restarting is real. Got to have the whole experience to get used to the grind; ESPECIALLY when you return to the dlcs and forget how to do it all over, Sierra Madre to be specific.
I don't remember if it's a boy or girl, but that lil guy was getting his temp checked at the vet or something along those lines.. ya'know.. checkin the oil..
It's pretty much every build for me. Then I proceed to buy an antimaterial rifle, combat armor, and as much explosive and incendiary rounds I can. Everything dies, the end lmao.
Also, for those of you interested. Obsidian didn’t get financial bones because it lacked a single point on Metacritic. And here are the user scores for FO3, New Vegas and FO4 being 8.5, 8.8 and 6.8 respectively with the number of user reviews over a 1,5k (and Fallout 4 has the largest amount of negative reviews and New Vegas - the smallest)
FO4 had its issues, but it's definitely better than a 6.8. The worst part was the incredibly stubborn and shitty main quest factions. I actually liked that 99% of salvage had a useful function
stop playing on ps3 is what i learned. beat all the dlc with old world blues being at 3 fps when outside and multiple corrupt data files and restarting due to game breaking bugs. entering the dam auto crashed the game everytime for the final battle. literally unbeatable. i beat it on pc without mods. now my mods mess up my game cuz they hate each other.
@citizenvulpes4562 Then you're not playing New Vegas for New Vegas. You're playing a version you wish that was New Vegas and that's what many dick riding New Vegas fans don't understand.
To any new fallout new Vegas players, charisma is the most useful special skill and should always be a 10, while intelligence and luck are the least useful and should always be set to 1, the rest can be evenly distributed
Download the anti stutter, and anti crash mods, also, get Johnny Guitar client, and script extender. Problem solved, it sounds like a lot, but it's really not. Bethesda's engine has a limit on it's ram I believe for this game so if you try to mod it you'll cause it to be unstable, also if you're running on a CPU with more than 4 gigs of ram it will also be unstable. The game is really only meant for 2009 systems, so you need to find work arounds my guy.
@@citizenvulpes4562Yeah, I think you're living under a Broc flower cave, my guy. Get rid of that nasty anti crash and anti stutter mods. Instead, follow Viva New Vegas guide to install non Brahmin poop stability mods.
having to restart after 6 months is so real since life is an annoying 🅱️*tch and I just come back like agh fudge, what was i doing at this point in game lmao
I’ve played the game so many times now that my new play through an involve me getting the 357 mag from Chet and then using the reload dash to fly across the map. It’s great👍
*Stressing out over inventory space picking up every carton of cigarettes* *Immediately making triple the amount of caps you’ve made up to this point playing blackjack on the strip*
