The Tomb Raider (2013) video game is based on ancient Japanese history about the mythical land of Yamatai. What many people don't realise is that the kingdom of Yamatai did exist as evidenced by Chinese historians. However, the actual location of Yamatai is one of Japan's greatest controversies with the location of Yamatai still a mystery to this day!
