I hope you enjoy this episode of The Isle Evrima Gateway. Most of my videos are A Life of, Surviving, or Testing of gameplay. I welcome all who take interest in dinosaurs, including enjoyers of Path of Titans, Beasts of Bermuda, Jurassic Park, and survival games in general! I also play other dinosaurs such as Carnotaurus, Ceratosaurus, Tenontosaurus, Omniraptors, Herrerasaurus, Dilophosaurus, Troodon, and Deinosuchus.
The Isle is an open world survival gameplay as you attempt to stay a live on an island filled with other dinosaurs. Hunt, grow, and survive!

You know about the tail pounce being brought back, I wonder if we have to jump and then pounce, or will it just be a regular pounce?

If they nerfed its growth time it'd be a worthy playable, right now Herrera is a hour and soo much better then Troodon in my opinion. Troodon also gets completely out shined by Dilo.

Thanks for watching! I didn’t even know it took the same amount of time to grow a Herrera. They definitely need to shorten the Troodon growth time. That actually doesn’t make sense.

It doesn't, just like how most carnivores diets don't make much sense. For instance why is Troodon on Carnos diet? Why did they take off deer from Herrera's diet but left Teno which is ten times harder for it to hunt? Why is crab on its diet when they cant even dig them up? A lot of the Devs decisions confuse me.

Well, I hope the next update will have plenty of corrections and quality of life changes, because my goodness, we need it! On top of that, I hope they set priorities on mutations/elders and give us endgame content to do besides nesting.

troodon is my least favorite playable right now, it takes an hour to grow for something that gets 1 shot by almost everything. but this video was extremely entertaining keep up the amazing work shiny!

Thank you, I appreciate the feedback! Also, they did say the Troodon is more resilient to damage. While making this video there was a FG Carno that charged at me, and I survived a tail shot surprisingly. I don't know if you could survive a tail shot like that before, so I'm not 100% sure.

Great video! Would be sweet to see a video with a pack! 5-6 full grown troos can pretty easily take down a fg carno, if you hit your pounces of course hahahahahaha

Lol! Another sad thing besides my pouncing skills is that I only found 2 Troodons while recording this video. There's a lot of Troodons at Eastplains, but the frames are still awful over there. Also, there's a lot of rulebreaking at that location so Idk if it would be worth recording in an actual pack. I would have to check it out and get a feel for it first.

When you're wanting to pounce, don't pounce unless you know for sure you're gonna get them. If you're pouncing on a hill, get below them and then pounce.

Thanks! That's what I'm trying to go for, but unfortunately I've lost my mic settings so my new videos will sound wonky :( I need to mess around with the settings a bit on the Logitech Hub to get it back to where it was.
