The numbers in the video refer to homes listed for sale, new builds and resales. When we look at only new builds, there is far less available homes for sale.

The CC debt is through the roof. People took money out of their homes to pay down debt and haven’t changed their life style. Soon mortgages will start to default. It’s coming

Alpharetta and Buckhead need to leave fulton county. All the tax money is being dump in these cities with low population. While the neighboring cities near downtown that’s paying most of the city tax get the scraps. Taxes need to be appropriated to the population. Metro Atlanta is getting abandoned financially.they already don’t want to be part of the city but take all the tax money any barely pay any tax money.
