I am so grateful for number 3 and the fact that I do not even have to have a social media presence to be successful and obtain and keep clientele!! I haven't had or used or looked at social media in over 10yrs and think its pretty awful for many people's mental health. I don't like it. I understand its usefulness in certain arenas but I don't think that the people who need the most help are going to social media to seek out a human connection for coaching and lifestyle change and accountability
