Etsy put my shop under reserve because printify didn't update my shipping status of one order. İ copy the tracking number manually and put in the order. But now it still showing pre-transit while on printify it shows shipped and on way for delivery. Now what i am supposed to do?
Hey! Sorry to hear this. In most cases, Printify should automatically update the shipping status. However, there are a few print providers that don't offer tracking services. @@Printify I contacted the support and they solved the issue. But unfortunately now my shop is on reserve. I can't get any of my orders payments. And this just before the holiday when I am waiting for huge sales volume how will pay the fulfilment fees is now a struggle. This is the down side of pod on Etsy. Everyone needs to be careful. Check your orders status every day. And manually add the tracking on Etsy if necessary. Pay attention to USPS and UPS which are two different companies.

Nice video but not very much info on how it relates to print on demand. I sell on Etsy. Yes fees are up. These new moves are meant to move back to handmade items and away from print on demand and dropshipping. This is not good news for POD.
