I think you are somewhat right that Sukuna and Kenjaku might be deemed dumb if Gojo does come back but, from Sukuna's POV I can think of only one thing why he might be okay with Gojo coming back, just to have some more fun. I haven't read Manga just watching spoilers because I want Gojo back but, from Fairy Tail's reference - Zeref was alive from many years, no one was able to kill him but he did want to die. So Sukuna maybe is like - if someone can kill me its Gojo, if he can't I might just have fun instead and let him come back everytime. But here the main character is Itadori, so idk how he fits into this "Gojo Revival" plot armor.

What if Gojo made a binding vow with prison realm (if it has consciousness) when he was trapped in it. As prison realm is made by remains of ancient monk. If gojo made a vow for his reviving him once, as he knew that he could not defeat sukuna. For exchange of remaining as prisoner of prison realm for some time or maybe eternity after accomplishing his goals. As it solves the problem of gojo's existance is also a boon and curse. And next strongest would be either yuta or megumi. This idea is good and nor plot armored and it also gives the result of end game of jjk. (There is also that gojo trapping either sukuna or kenjaku in prison realm but the pact is made by oneself on oneself so I don't think it would happen.)

This then can explain why Yuji doesn't display a cursed technique; Insinuating that his cursed technique requires cooperation from his Six-Eyes, Gojo reveals his eyes to cast domain. What if Yuji has Six-Eyes and its dormancy also drags his hypothetical cursed technique into dormancy? Gojo's death would result in Yuji awakening his Six-Eyes and cursed ability. If there were star plasma carriers with overlapping life spans, I don't see overlapping lives stopping the Six-Eyes given that the traits are connected.

I think people misunderstand that Sukuna wanted Megumi's body because he wanted to kill Gojo. The truth is Sukuna wanted Megumi for Maharoga. Sukuna has been shown to us someone who knows jujutsu to its core. So for him wanting to acquire a strong technique like Ten shadow technique makes sense. Also Sukuna wanted Megumi before he even saw Gojo's true power and before even knowing that a ten shadow user has killed a six eye + limitless user. Gojo himself confirmed that Sukuna could have killed him without Megumi. In every battle against Sukuna, Sukuna has never killed an opponent in an instant when he can but rather allowed them to use their full strength like against Jugo, Yorozu, Kashimo and Gojo. Sukuna deliberately fought against Gojo only using ten shadow technique just because he wanted to push Gojo to his limits so that Gojo fights against him with his full potential. Reason for Sukuna taking over megumi (my Theory) It's actually Gege's fault , no proper explanantion of his death , I mean a character as big as gojo dies off screen . Gojo said that Sukuna without using megumi could have defeated him , The point that Sukuna was desperate to take over megumi even knowing He himself is the king of curses , Why the hell would he need Megumi to defeat Gojo even as he could do it in his true form .So a proper explanation of why Sukuna was desperate to take over Megumi would not be related to Gojo but our MC Itadori as the story is now getting revolve around Itadori and Gege would not want to throw all the story plot and climax over a single character Gojo who is not even the MC . So Gege is cooking some thing bigger than ch 236 , because its not the end of JJK peak but just the beginning Reason why Gojo should not survive Gojo is the biggest barrier for Gege to explore his own world , Their are things that makes JJK different ,it tends to become darker arc by arc and currently Culling game is just like other shounen tournament games but not basically a tournament but a desperate fight of heroes to just barely defeat evil ,The time has come when we see Curses dominating humanity . JJK has the highest potential of all anime to discover the sight when heroes start losing , Remember MHA tried the same stuff but the motivations of characters are not mature enough or not as big or plot twisting than JJK culling game . Why sukuna and kenjaku aren't bothering destroying satoru's head (might use rct) while he's down? This is just a theory though: We have seen mahito transfigured junpei and we were hinted that "souls" cannot be healed with "rct" Sukuna doing a world cut slash would cut through everything in the affected area the world, reality, whatever's existing there that includes "soul" too.... Satoru being cut from the reality slash might have cut his soul too which cannot be healed with "rct" as rct multiplies cells in order to create limbs, blood cells, etc..
