Yes, Greenstalk is good to their customers. One time, they erroneously sent me the incorrect quantity and color of the vertical planter. They immediately sent me the exact items that I ordered. When I asked them how can I return the item that was erroneously sent to me, they told me that they didn’t want me all the trouble of sending the item back to them. They simply told me to keep it and use it - free of charge. Awesome! Thank you Greenstalk! I forgot to mention. I have 3 Greenstalk planters dedicated to strawberries. I have 5 more planters for leafy greens, peppers, carrots, herbs, etc.

This my first time using the Green Stalk.. I have (4).. I have found it Much Easier, if you are planting a plant, place into the Soil / Pocket First, before placing the next rack on top… just be careful not to damage the plant…. Have fun 🪴🙏🇺🇸

I bought one greenstalk with the regular wheeled base, and filled it with (a lot) of expensive soil. And it did so well, I bought another greenstalk with a regular wheeled base, and an extra top watering bowl, and an extra spinner base. I split up the tiers into two towers of three tiers, and one tower of four tiers where I used the extra watering bowl on top. I LOVE the spinner base, even though the others work fine. I like my shorter towers, especially when I replant. Pro tip: don't put any water in the tiers until you have stacked them. If you do the sides push out, and it becomes hard to get the next tier locked into place. I do put plant starts in mine before stacking, but don't water until after stacking. I also plant in them when they are already stacked. I've spent a lot on them, but I expect to get my money's worth over time. They have not cost more than a raised bed would have cost me, and they produce just as much food, plus the gophers and the bunnies can't reach the plants (well, i put plants in the bottom tiers the bunnies don't like).

That was so nice of GS to come and give a lesson! I love that color too. I have the mint I love mine🙌🐦. I turned my Brother in Nevada on to GS and gave Him your code ,He was excited! I have had one for two summers. I planted petunias in mine last year, and it was a showstopper. I even had people pull into my driveway to tell me how beautiful my flowers were. You KNOW I’ll be planting it with petunias again this spring. Can hardly wait. Just May have to order the spinner. I already have the wheels, but it is kinda hard for me to move on my uneven walk. It would be much easier to turn around if I have the spinner.

Taking two of my Greenstalks today, replacing the soil, and planting 48 green beans. Going to try to produce as much as I can this season! The bottom level on each greenstalk are full of chives to ward off crawling pests and should deter them from moving up the Greenstalk any further. Once they see chives they'll go, "Eww there's nothing of interest for me here." and hopefully leave! Lol. The Greenstalk gave me a lot of green beans last season, and I had only used 12 cells. I think it's going to be incredibly fun to see how they do this time. Thank you guys for your wonderful product!

@@ig_s_bib545 For the fall, I planted romaine lettuce and other mixed lettuces, spinach, turnips, and several different mustard greens, and turnips. Turnips didn't grow roots, but I plant for the greens anyway.

Experienced gardener, now in a small space and I’m waiting for my Greenstalks to arrive. I’m totally impressed with what I hear about this company. Love your video! Thanks so much for sharing. I just wanted to say that I am over the moon about the newer spinner bases. I only have a wooden slat deck for my planters, and wheels get stuck between the slats. Also, I've put every other medium to large container on a spinner base. Not only is it so much easier for this granny, but due to the fact that my deck faces southwest, all of my plants are beneftting from the east rotation I can provide them throughout the growing season, giving them the best sun exposure possible. They are worth every penny, even to this granny on Social Security. Thank you, Greenstalk, for all of your phenomenal products that make our lives so much easier and more productive.

I have a small 4 tier setup(more shallow depth) like this that I hang from my apple tree filled with strawberries. I bet it is 20 years old and still functioning, I do love this type of planter, visually and practical enjoyment.

I have 2 greenstalks that I purchased last spring and I love love love them. I grew awsome bush beans and peas this past summer. I just do not like the wheels, I wanted the spinners but they no longer carried them when I purchased my greenstalks.

Yes I was having problems with my GreenStalks so I changed all of the soil to very expensive soil and then contacted the owner and informed me that I needed to check my soil. I did she as she requested that I send photos, I did that as well and she basically told me I needed to change my soil again. She was'nt very unconcerned emailed me from an email which I could not respond back to. I will never purchase another one at the very time of that conversation I was in the process of ordering three new one's.

I LOVE my 5 tier Greenstalk. Received it in 5 days. Ordered another one. No communication, no tower, nothing. I called, emailed, and texted. No response to any. I filed a dispute. ☹️. I would have preferred what I ordered. Am baffled by the no communication AT ALL. 🥺

This was a really great video...I will be ordering 3 or so for the spring.... also for strawberries and the plants that are the hardest to grow where I'm at which is peppers....I can put this in the hottest part of my yard (I don't get but about 5 hrs of good direct sun in the summer) and maybe get those to grow...Anyway, this was great because you talked about the challenges. So, thank you guys so much! You help us all!

I got three last spring & my family came to help me put them together... I wish they had the spinner when I bought mine. Everything I planted, the squirrels ate 🤔 and then they managed to knock the one over. The one gray "disc" & the one pocket level (can't remember which size) got bent out of shape - so will try to get it back together with those on top. One of the things I did not expect was the weight of each "level" even when dry, so if someone has a bad back, theyneed to be aware of that. I tried to replant my greenstalks for a fall planting, to discover that my "sprouts are missing again.... New plans on the horizon for that, which will hopefully work.

I have 3 GreenStalks & never knew about the 3 finger spacing or watering it 3x throughout the day the first time you water. Lots of great information! I love mine! Now to figure out how to get strawberries to overwinter in it!

Thanks for the video. I've had my eye on these for a couple weeks and after watching your video I decided to buy two of them with the rollers. I got them on sale because mother's Day. Great buy!! Wish I would have seen this before setting mine up. There are helpful tips. My Green Stalk didn’t have any directions with it so it so I had to just figure it out. The grey watering discs I pushed into the bottom of the planting trays because they kept slipping out of place when I tried to stack.

I have been having this problem too in both my Greenstalks. Thank you for this video. Maybe this would help. I spent allot of $$ on soil I have... Was supposed to be good.. its hard to know what " good" REALLY is when you are left to only what manufacturer "says" on the soil. I know its soil my " reg" pots have same problem. Guess it wasn't " the miracle" it usually is...I think 🤔 I bought a " bad year" 😂 price IS like wine!

Just watched this was just what we need.Will be moving to the oregon coast but the place we are getting has a small garden area.Seeing these greenstalks looks to solve that problem will be getting at least one bundle before Christmas
