I have confidence that Gunner could run this offense if need be. He has been in this offense to know the reads and checks. His physical ability will help him so much.

The new playoff requires a possible 17 games. EVERY position will suffer injury. Depth is critical.

Gunner never went to South Carolina, he was committed to play for USC but de-comitted. He has been at Georgia since he got out of high school.

Gunnar has waited his turn and looked good last year at times. Ryan Puglisi could push him for reps in the spring but we will see.

If I'm not mistaken, Carson has his Covid year left if he wanted. Not that he would, but it doesn't matter anyways as long as Carson balls out. He'll be gone.

I don’t see this happening this year. Not with the schedule UGA faces. With one exception being blow outs. Yet, having QB2 come in during a blow out is nothing new. Carson really did no wrong last season and I’m assuming he is performing as expected. With that said I don’t see Stockton coming in unless he has to. But have a two QB system isn’t in Bobo’s philosophy from what I’ve seen. But then again what do I know. Things happen and they may need it bs Tx and Al for a couple of drives. Here’s the thing though, Carson can run also. He just looks like a giraffe doing so. 😂

Lewis will need time. He’s slight. CKS will not put JuJu out there with Gunner around unless he severely regresses. Juju will need a year in strength and development.

Not going to happen. Gunner will be ready as the #2. If he's needed due to injury, he'll be ready👍 that's the extent of it at this point

Not exactly the same situation indeed. Carson Beck, to my great surprise, has turned into Superman. At least from a pocket passer perspective. This year is one of those scenarios coaches always want but seldom get. An absolute STUD QB with Heisman hype dripping off him being backed up by the guy who holds most of the passing and TD records for the state of Georgia at the high school level. Even the Minions, that I refer to often on these videos, would never suggest that Gunner Stockton, who I absolutely love, should start for Georgia over Carson "the Laser" Beck. Yet, he would start for 80% of the SEC outside of UGA. What a nice non-problem to have. Kirby loses the best TE to ever play college football along with Ladd and RoJack and we still have what I think is the best receiving lineup in college. Not even counting the addition pass catching RB's. Barring injury this season is going to be STUPID fun! DOD, year 4. Got 2 out of 3. Let's get 3 out of 4!!! It's on!!!

Gunner is intriguing as a prospect. Best case scenario for me is the offense rolls and creates space for Gunner to get some quality work. Go Dawgs!
