I'm a senior and I miraculously managed to not get into the drama that is high school. My advice is just to ignore everything negative going on, try to think positive things about people (example: if there is someone you don't like, just think if a couple things you do like about them like maybe their hair or shoes or their determination), and when your friends have drama, be the shoulder to cry on and give advice, but you do not need to get into it. If someone is trying to start something odds are they're bored or just not comfortable with themselves, so just ignore it and be the bigger person.

I started highschool this year and I had an aweful experience at middle school so I didn't know what to expect coming into a new school. Ur tips are really what I like to stick to when I'm at school. I had to realize that my friends werent always going to be there and that's ok because it gave me a chance to find new friends who lift me up and let me be myself without judgement🙃 💕💕

I'm going to be a sophomore and freshman year so many of the "popular" kids were trying to get into relationships and when they would they would never last. This is so freaking true! I started College on Wednesday and I only have 2 friends from Highschool... The drama was like a movie and the rumors about me were horrible. I'm a big honest person and I love to talk clearly with people that have or had problems with my existence and because of that, I got in a lot of trouble. 😝 But idc anymore, I started a new life so I have to enjoy it!

I loved what you said about the question "what do you want to do with your life?". I finished high school in june and in one month I'm going to start the university, I am not sure of my choise bc there's so much to think about when you have to take a big decision, and I don't want pressure from ppl asking my about my future, not even my mum, bc I really don't know what I'm going to do or what is going to happen!

Omg I thought I was the only one! When I went to high school I didn't know anyone and everyone already has the same friendship groups and seemed to know each other! It was really hard to make friends but eventually I made 2 really close friends that I am grateful of. I have one very important tip: BE YOURSELF!!!! Trust me, I've tried and tried to act "popular" and do things that "popular people do" but it just didn't work out. When I was myself then I realised how much more easier it is and you can make really close friends! 💗

Samantha McConnon Hi , basically I used to be the same as u! First think about if u really want to let go and make sure u make ur decision first. Then the best thing to do is slowly start drifting away and give them little hints that u don't want to be with them anymore . Don't do it suddenly otherwise they might be rude to u as well. It takes a lot of time but u will get there in the end and hopefully u will find a different friend and get close with them! I have become *Best friends* like BESTTT friends with someone in my class that I never expected too. Stay calm with whatever happens and good luck!❤❤❤❤

I know this one is very hard, especially if its for the people that can't deal with rude people, try to be nice to EVERYONE even the rude people. It will help you in the long run because 1, you have people to lean on if you are thrown under the bus, and 2, you won't have to deal with the rumours and rude things people say. I know its hard to be nice, cause I have a temper, but trust me, this helped me SO much! You don't necessary need to make friends, just get along with people (or try to stay away from the people that make you feel horrible).

I despise group projects because my teacher thinks I'm really smart she always puts me with the nit as smart people so I basically end up doing all of the work (did that sound mean and cocky? Because if it is tell me. But it's 100% true)

I love this so much, I wish I had this when I was in high school. group projects and rumors really do suck and so does bullies.the drama part is so true I quickly learned. the coffee one is the only tip that I can't relate to, I'm 27 and I hate coffee, I love the smell but can't stand the taste.
