It's actually funnier that this was faked since the edited version fooled everyone. I had to look up the original just to view the context. I got to say that I was surprised by how well that person edited this speech. Edit: After viewing the fake again, the editing wasn't actually that good. My mind just accepted it as a South African struggling to speak proper English with bad video quality.

The sad part about it is about 90% of people i hear saying numbers over 100 says something like " three hundred and ten". And that's not how you read numbers unless it's a currency amount in which the "and" comes after the decimal....Making it change. So I guess most people struggle with that 🤣🤣🤣

@@debooo32 the use of "and" between hundreds and tens + units is absolutely correct. No-one says Three hundred ten. This is at least true for English and I'm pretty sure most Germanic languages (Dutch, German). In French on the other hand you don't need it, 310 would be trois cent dix. No need for "et" meaning "and". It all depends on what language you are speaking.
