I'm glad you did too because I'm a returning player as well (about 1.5 years ago), and I try to build decks that have the nostalgic element to them. Obviously, DM is my baby boi so I'll always be talking about that deck lol

@@kingmahde1 I'm currently running kashtira and dm because the Kash part was easy to learn I'm now after something abit stronger than Kash to add to DM any suggestions or is this the best DM combo??

@@Jake-jf1bg Sadly, I must say this is the best DM can do currently. Branded DM used to be quite powerful but with Branded Fusion limited to 1 it's not as good. The other option is playing flood gates, but that's not my thing (besides secret village lol)

Thanks habibi! I know what you mean about playing a worse version and you can make the case that kash Dm > pure kash>pure dm but it all depends.

@@kingmahde1 I can agree on kash dm being stronger than pure dm But stronger than pure kash? I don't know about that It can be stronger sometimes and locks your opponent out of spells but it feels bricky And sometimes your dm plays locks you out of your Kash plays as i saw in the video . Kash feels much consistent in that Sense

@@Randomperson-pv6lz ive never played pure kash, but having gone against it, Im not impressed by it. Also i dont see people play pure too much. Kash DM can brick some for sure much like most DM decks unfortunately lol. What plays do i get locked out of?

@@kingmahde1 Well dm bricks. that's inevitable Even if you play it with the best deck in the history of Yu-Gi-Oh About locking yourself: For ex: that Game against purrely you specialed dm after that you drew Fenrir and you had theosis too . But unfortunately you can't do anything but pass

Yeah I wish DM had better support...maybe one day. In regards to that particular instance I made the choice to go that route bc of maxx c. I couldve went pathfinder>pressure planet>unicorn> theosis etc. We were in a very simplified game state due to secret village

Planet pathfinder or pressure planet (field spell)? Theyre both very important to the deck to get your Kash plays going so Id say not a brick.

@@callmehjames5089 no, not if you can fit them in. This deck doesnt use it's normal summon except for rod, so pathfinder is a good use of it

Pb? No I'm not familiar with him. When you say old school, do you mean a pure DM build? Im not gonna say it's not possible to make it pure, but most of the deck if i had to guess is staple power (3 imperm, 3 evenly, 3 ash etc)

@@brianpeavy1403 I checked him out, solid build for sure and i dont know if i'd be able to make it to master with that deck..

@@kingmahde1 I played around with a similar build and it was tough. Some of his ideas are solid and unconventional though.

Yeah that field spell play has potential but it takes up a lot of space in the deck and can be very bricky
