if you are in Lebanon i know you might be confused and distraught but if you are safe and your family is safe then please go donate blood, hospitals have a shortage of blood from all kinds, all are needed. if you are from Jordan then please donate blood too(if you can) as they might need blood donation from countries around them but even if it doesn't happen, you will still provide blood to someone who needs it in Jordan so it won't go unused, it's a win win situation. again if you have health problems then you don't have to do it but if you are healthy then why not? it will take a few minutes and y=they will even give you a juice box lmao it doesn't hurt and for most people especially for men, you won't feel lightheaded so if are in a country around or in Lebanon then please donate blood, too many people got injured at once.

Heartbreak after heartbreak after heartbreak, with every step while walking down to Beirut. But the one thing that gives me hope is the unity of my people in time of distress. The empathy our people feel towards one another regardless the differences has always been the main reason the country survived many setbacks and came back strong. We've always been fighters, we have risen from ashes before and from ashes we shall rise again.🇱🇧🇱🇧
