Finally got around to watching this video. Very motivating! I’ve been feeling pretty stuck and not making progress on opening my shop. I’ve been in therapy for a year and that has definitely helped keep me to continuously focus on my well being. Hoping to just extend small steps to start and remind myself I’m doing this to share my creativity. Not to please anyone else ❤

Great video with so many insights! I'm headed towards the retirement phase of life, but I think what you've shared here would help some young people I know that could use some realistic and down-to-earth perspectives on starting and operating a small business--not to scare or intimidate, but to know what they're getting into if they hope to achieve success. 😊

Hi Amy! I've been watching you for a good bit now and you are someone I've stuck with. I appreciate your advice, your maturity (while still being funny!), and your great ideas. I would love to see a DITL video! (If as I go along my journey and when I have questions for you - where should I reach out? Like if it's not related to a specific video?) I have practiced many items/crafts (shirts/sublimation/laser) mostly for friends family for FREE-it gave me great pleasure to do it. I received a lot of compliments and I'm very critical of myself/projects. I'm used to putting in 60-80 hours a week already. Now I'm ready to start a business. BUT --- I do not want to show myself or speak on social media! 😳😳 I know I'm probably the only person on the planet who feels this way! My question to you right now is; Is it possible for me to start a successful business without putting my face on social media? I am planning on starting with a Facebook marketplace page with a small sampling of products/crafts and then hopefully creating a Facebook account for only what I would sell. After that, I would like to maybe show my product on insta with a voice over. It's it possible to be successful this way? Thank you Amy!
