I mean the first olympia 10-12 year back then i really belive there were many naturals in the men‘s physique devision. They weren’t no way near as mascular like right now. They weighed maybe 170lbs, looked like a christian guzman or jeff seid size and that‘s possible for some individuals naturally for 100%
RESPECT the transparency. At the end of the day majority of people don't care that youre using PED especially at your level. Just be honest and no one will give a shit.
We use to use the ''rescue a baby from a burning car'' for our sets. You do get funny looks though when your training partner is screaming ''Burning babies ' on your last rep 🤣
I can relate 95% Keep on your path you choose to walk. Knowing what your doing there will be ups and downs but understanding the life we have, compared to others is great! I think its the legality , yes bodybuilders take it all the time, BUT would you take it in front of the cops? So why tell everyone, especially if you have 10000Grams of it sitting in your house and your famous

@@jimmy4993 I disagree. I think it is important to come off in order to avoid long term health issues . Way too many bodybuilder are dying young or having serious health issues. I think you mean the education needs to be there on how to use and come off safely .
Massive respect for being honest like this, society needs to grow up and stop dancing around the subject. Its somehow fine to eat mcdonalds and smoke cigarettes every day, but take something to get stronger or leaner and its somehow off the table?!
Depends how much you take.. You can run 250mgs a week and you won’t really see ANYTHING significant. But can that impact your cardiovascular health? Yeah of course it can because like anything your heart, a muscle will grow alongside your external muscles. Trt to dosages of 250mgs a week shouldn’t even be bothered with for aesthetic purposes. Medicinal deficiency and mental health yeah I’d say great.
@@ivog2256 I’ve always run around 500mg per week and had crazy results, I’ve done quite a few cycles over 10 years, some of them lasting up to 6 months, I’ve never used any pct or taken anything along side it, I just dose every 2 days in small amounts and have had zero side effects, and every time I’ve come off my test levels restore naturally so quickly, my levels are naturally at over 800 in my most recent bloods and I haven’t done a cycle for a year. Aside from that all of my health markers are perfect, so yeah it’s one of those things that seems ridiculous to me. Cigarettes and alcohol are legal, no one gives a shit if you eat cancer causing foods etc, but society still thinks ‘steroids’ are bad and has been brainwashed
This has become one of my favorite channels to watch, this might sound stupid to say but I want to see Sadie win and he needs to bring shoulders up more. He’s got great size of his arms and chest and his shoulders are solid in general but they need to come up a little more to match his chest and arms. He should start training his rear delts before front and side delts.
The rollercoaster of on then off is something I would never do. Minimum TRT in between blasting. Walking around with sub 400 natty test level crazy and not healthy.
I would say the Vast majority of men in the united states over 35 are around 400 So are they all super unhealthy? Lolol I’ve seen 1000’s of bloodwork and regular dudes with 300-400 total test have better blood work across the board then steroid users
That was the biggest reason I chose not to use steroids - I would have hated getting off of them just knowing no matter what you do you lose a decent amount of muscle and strength. That would kill my Motivation to work out - I have so many friends that jumped on gear thinking they’d just do a few cycles a year .. that turned into year round use.. I get it
@@brianmeen2158this. I read a lot online about cycles and what not and what a beginner should run. I did the basic standard of testosterone only and the only good that I can say came from it was the confidence and general feeling of being happy. As far as muscular gain went I found test to be pretty damn lack lustre. Like much weaker then even a rad/lgd solo. I’ve been off for over a month and everyday since I’ve been wanting to blast more 😂 I was on trt prior to the blast and I don’t see much of a difference between Trt and low levels of test.
Huh, now you got me thinking about what I do with my whey protein, I put a scoop of whey into oatmeal after I heat it up. Will the residual heat of the oatmeal do anything bad to the whey protein molecules?
I appreciate fitness athletes that are honest & specific about what they have taken & what they are taking. I mean take what you want, be honest to your audience. I've met several professionals that I respect, & appreciate there humbleness & honesty. May be 90% of athletes who have taken stuff, lie & claim lifetime natural to make it shocking, to stand out. I really dislike those arrogant steroid users on instagram who keep replying to every random person that makes a steroid comment telling them 'Oh you would never reach this level in 100 years, even if you took all the gear in the world, insane genetics, hard work' blah blah trying to show they have some 1 in a million type special genetics. Lol
Guys like this are the ones you take advice from. Normally I only take Dvice from the older guys that were lifting In the 70s and 80s.... I used to lift with a guy around d 2008 ish to 2012 ish who lifted in the 60s with Sergio Oliva and was still lifting in those years I just said. Those are the guys to take advice from. But this guy is real honest and smart.
I do love the fact that rarely do I see you use cable machines during your workouts. Sometimes I think people need to re-learn how to actually lift weights. #solid #bringthenoise
The gym bag thing.. yes. A friend of mine brought water in one of those gym container s and planet told him that if he brought it in one more time than 2 times, they would take his gym membership away.. rediculous
What’s up bud? You did two flat presses for chest. Why? Wouldn’t it be better to hit a flat press like dumbbell or bench press, then an incline press for upper chest?
I am closing in on 60, and I find that when I train my muscles, I don't recover well. I am tired. My muscles feel good, but I feel tired, heavy eyes, nauseated stomach, etc. When I reached out for PED's, it helped to give me 'a lift' and I felt much better. Building muscles - to me - inflating type IIb muscles fibers (which only burn and hold glucose energy). Bodybuilding to me means inflating your carbohydrate metabolism (energy lost) and unless you can compensate that with a commensurate increase in fat metabolism (positive energy input), you will go into metabolic stress quickly. And I am very, very susceptible to that, it seems. Can't understand why no one around me reports that same experience.
i love Sadik but he is still lying about PEDs usage. He saying he went to Olympia only using CLEN... come on Saik, we are not dumb and naive... and alsoo he saying he do not use TRT between cycles (another lie) its imposible to maintain a physique like that without using at LEAST TrT
Sadik thanks for sharing about Steroids. My son is 12 now he is physically so gifted by height, straight and physics. I hope he can become pro basketball player, he likes bodybuilding more. Something what stops me to encourage him to focus on bodybuilding is that all high pros all steroid guys and I don't my son to be such! I like you content, watch each video from start to finish!
i've been bodybuilding for over 30yrs and i believe what you say. I was surprised to hear that you don't even do TRT in between. I think that's good and likely cleans out your receptors a lot better. What a lot of people will not understand is that besides all the hard work and discipline the top reason why you are where you are is because of genetics and there is no drug or steroid that will get anyone there. Sorry guys!
