This week on Christories, we're talking STEVE JOBS! Steve Jobs was an American entrepreneur and inventor who co-founded Apple Inc. He was born on February 24, 1955, in San Francisco, California, and was adopted! HIS BIRTH PARENTS MESSED UP! 😅
Jobs was interested in electronics and computers from a young age and dropped out of college to start his own computer company with his friend, Steve Wozniak. They co-founded Apple Computer in 1976 and introduced the Apple I computer, which was followed by the more popular Apple II.
In 1985, Jobs was forced out of Apple and went on to found NeXT, a computer company that was eventually acquired by Apple in 1997, leading to Jobs' return to the company. Jobs then played a key role in the development of products such as the iMac, iPod, iPhone, and iPad, which revolutionized the tech industry.
Throughout his life, Jobs was known for his innovative ideas, attention to detail, and perfectionism. He passed away on October 5, 2011, at the age of 56, due to complications from pancreatic cancer. Jobs' legacy continues to influence the tech industry, and he is remembered as a visionary who transformed the way people live and work with technology.
