Did you mention the needle exchanges? The crime? The homeless populations? I lived in Asheville for years and it has gone to crap. If you have big bank it's great. If you are middle class you will be surviving.

I have been to Asheville numerous times. Its absolutely beautiful and worth going to. However It’s full of a lot of drugs, heroine especially and homeless people on drugs. It’s sad but definitely true and because that there is a lot of crime so it’s something that anyone visiting should be aware of.

You also have to go eat lunch at All Day Darling (the chicken and waffles). It is on the cusp of the dangerous parts, so you'll want ADT, but it's also lovely. My guess is $1.2M in that area. Montford is one of my favorite in-city areas.

Nice video! Light blue paint on the ceiling helps to keep birds off of your porch because they think it is the sky. I encourage the birds to mine but I understand why people don't want them. I hadn't yet heard of the spirits. That makes sense.

My sister-in-law's parents originally owned the 5 point. My brother lives in North A near the country club off Merriman. I've been a frequent flyer for over 50 yrs. Love the location and seen the changes.

Good show ladies, I love Ashville, We visited the Biltmore Estate for over 25 years! Prices in Asheville are as crazy as they are in Florida, and half as crazy as in Ohio!

If you paint your porch ceiling blue, spiders and bugs will think it's the sky and won't like it there. They'll go elsewhere to set up house.

It will depend on the property for sure so we’d have to look into each individual property. That one in particular is no longer on the market.

I got and moved to Lake Lure. Crime,drugs, homeless, crazy people.. I was homeless there 9 years ago.

This is one of the wealthiest areas in the entire American South. This video is sooooo oblivious and colored for its goals. Acting like North Merrimon is anything other than high end is purely delusional.

I know what I dont necessarily need. That is NOT TO BE near Asheville. They have woked out. The parking is awful, many stores are very liberal and woke. Run AWAY.

Yes, Asheville is very liberal. Surrounding areas are not as much but some are, like Weaverville. Hendersonville and Waynesville are more conservative.
