Weird. I walked into target friday only to find about 60 celebrations etbs along with every box you could think of, countless sleeved evolving skies packs. I guess I’m just not seeing this supply shortage of products. I went in yesterday afternoon and still product on the shelf’s.
@@dspokemoncards6184 I’ve seen Walmart’s with 60-80 of those tins that are on those end displays for days…now I’m not the guy who will buy a ton of them but just grab 2 or 3 when I see them. Local spots have also be infested with these scalpers but even they’re leaving this stuff on the shelf’s. I’m just not seeing the shortage of celebrations.
@@Itstrevorscott I’ve seen these pictures too however I only caught one restock day before release at target but haven’t seen anything since and I’ve been checking my Walmart target daily, maybe the scalpers are not strong where you are but I think they’re way worse now everyone is a reseller.
The real problem that Pokemon needs address is the Bots, actually not just Pokemon, but every online retailer needs to put some sort of anti-bot mechanism. I know bots are always improving but come on, there's gotta be a way to prevent 1 person from getting 100+ elite trainer boxes cuz that is the reality right now, and its ridiculous.
In regards to battle styles, that was one product in retail stores that was not flying off the shelf. Also if you look on pokemon center, those ETBs are STILL available, and have been for the longest time now. Pokemon company knows this was not a popular product, i dont see a reason to put out another wave of it, especially since they are sticking BS packs in basically all other collections boxes and other items like celebrations etbs just to get rid of it.
Yeah we saw restocks this year. Remember Vivid Voltage booster boxes were 200ish bucks last year? They reprinted Vivid at the start of the year and the BB price dropped way down from $200. I don't see this vid ageing to well.
This is true, but that was only the second wave. We still have not received a third wave as Pokemon has promised for each release. And with the backlog we are now building up with current sets, I don't know if it will actually happen.
@@pokenav_ Welp this vid barely went 2 weeks before it "aged really poorley". Here are all the waves of Pokemon cards that were obvisioully comimg, and the secondary market on these products will tank. Are you shocked by this? I'm not... one bit... surprised... at all.
I'm all for the over supply. I just want to open sets, get cards. where I like the art and go on with my life. I'm not trying to get rich, just want some shiny paper. I have my childhood collection of 1st gen. base set, charizard, southern island, Lugia. I just want to open modern for the fun of opening.
@@savedbygrace-Jc I'm not buying what I can't afford. If someone is so addicted to the high of opening packs that they have to scalp from Target, then I have no sympathy.
Yup! Cuse they dont want to invest more into production.. cuse they know that pokemon is only on a peek level.. and will go down.. people will stop buying .. and forgoot about pokemon for 5 years again!
I’ve already accepted the fact that I’ll never find celebrations product for MSRP ever in my life. Just going to focus on buying singles and completing my hidden fates master set. Sucks Most people will never get to enjoy the 25th anniversary, but oh well. Thanks scalpers.
Prices have already started coming down and it seems like certain parts of the country have had an influx of supply, which is a great sign! Keep your head up and understand that there are much larger forces at play during this time that are impacting the entire supply chain.
@@nutzeranonym3432 I mean within a 60 mile radius I have friends who notify our discord when places restock…I’ve seen people post 1000s of celebrations products
