His performances made me feel like he knew exactly how Jackie Robinson felt and how Thurgood Marshall felt. He made me feel as if I was there. Chadwick Boseman was an amazing actor. When the movie Black Panther came out. I wanted my class of black boys to be there. I wanted them to see the man that would be considered as a legend. Mr. Boseman became an ICON in my life. I am so proud to say that I witnessed his contribution to the black community and to the world. He gave us hope that little black boys and girls would have the opportunity to look up to him. He died like a hero would on top of the world. He was held in high regard because he existed without any controversy or chaos. I will personally miss this young and he will always be my King T'CHALLA!

Being a huge baseball fan, I knew Chadwick first as Jackie Robinson. He brought the same strength and determination to that role as the real Robinson brought to the baseball field. RIP King!

I saw him as my own son who I was immensely proud of. Some say I saw the movie five times, Others say seven. I took every and anybody to see the movie. There were several scenes that I now know he had made suggestions that really spoke to the African and African Americans. Very few movies spoke of the importance of ancestral worship or when Kilmonger spoke to wanting to be buried like his ancestors who chose to drown rather than be in bondage. There were symbols of the Black Panthers in many of the scenes. He was regal, proud, proud of his Blackness. He was a genius, a humble servant, a spiritual man. He was a superhero.

My favorite movie from Chadwick Boseman was James Brown. He played that role so well. He talked like James Brown, he walk like James Brown he dance like James Brown. To me he was James Brown. I love that movie and I play it often. What a good guy he was. I pray he is with the most high telling them how to act up there. He was the epitome of what a man should be.

I will always remember the James Brown portrayal mostly by Chadwick Boseman. I just saw James Brown in him. No one else could have portrayed such an icon as he but Chadwick. My heart still cries for him, his family but for Simone. Heaven has gained another pure soul. But for sure Chadwick was my Denzel Washington. God rest Chadwicks' soul. "Forever Wakanda". I miss u Chadwick.

I did not know him personally but it hurt to know that our Black Panther had passed. Mr. Boseman touch many hearts and many cried but what he really did was left a long lasting memory of a Brave person whom showed no pain during his illness, but yet gave us much lasting Love all around this World. You will be missed so now you can perform and rest whenever you want to with the rest of the Angels in the Kingdom in Heaven. R.I.P. Chadwick we’ll see you again one day.

I’m going through chills with just knowing Mr. Boseman through the screen. Love his charisma and humility. He was everything that a family would want. A man I’ve come to admire only recently. His short but very impressive body of film work has left a mark on the world but also personally on me as an actor having shared HU as an alma mater. I am amazed at what Chadwick was able to accomplish it's such a short time I am disabled myself and I've been in a wheelchair for years with cerebral palsy I wish I had to strength the Chadwick had my favorite so far is Marshall 42 and black panther I have not seen hand portrayed James Brown yet but I want to see it really bad I love his commencement speech at Howard University we were so blessed to have this man on Earth for a short time which is very sad for us such a tremendous Talent he was definitely an icon
