She’s deleted and blocked 90% of the people calling her out in her comments. Kenna is by far the most toxic crystal seller on the app and it’s about time people called her out

she jumped on the crystal trend when a lot of other people did, i don’t like how she acts like she owns crystals. also, the whole idea behind crystals is positive energy, she’s sort of going directly against what her products/store stand for.

It’s sad because she could’ve actually had a successful business for years to come, instead she chose to scam people and manipulate her audience. I sensed her extremely toxic vibe instantly, interesting how some people can really sense it with her and others are fooled.

I am shaking. I really wanted to like and support her, I’ve been looking forward to her next restock (which keeps getting changed) I’ve heard some bad things but I think the breaking point for me was the things she said about being compared/asked if she was neurodivergent or on the autism spectrum. As someone on the autism spectrum who struggles to feel like a normal human being and someone who is valid and respectable, it’s a slap to the face, to me it says that she sees us as less and not valid.

Kenna is so young and knows nothing about business . I understand people learning as they go, but what rubs people the wrong way is her attitude . She has an attitude of entitlement that she’s better than everyone and that she creates things and everyone is copying her. She judged people who didn’t give free confetti , but then that bit her in the ass when she realized she was losing tons of money on it and now charges for it. All it created was people expecting freebies because she was giving a tons for free but now doesn’t . Then proceeds to try to get credit for confetti, mystery boxes or selling certain items . Also her crystals are okay quality but not super high quality or unique . This girl swears she’s so special and that her shop is so unique . Her ego is huge, and it’s sad bc everything happening to her is cosmic karma . Even as a small business 50+ days to get your order is unrealistic . If you cannot fulfill that many order because you’re one person, than DO NOT SELL THAT MUCH. sell as much as you can at a capacity and just restock more often. She needs to stop restocking until all orders are shipped / refunded .

Thanks for making this video! It's always really frustrated me how much she emotionally manipulates her audience, sends her brainwashed fans to attack others and blames her literal paying customers for HER business errors. She is a very talented content creator and honestly I think she would've been HUGELY successful just doing that. But instead she chose the business route, even though its becoming more and more clear that she has virtually zero business-related knowledge. In her ex-assistant's comments it seems like kenna doesn't have hardly any idea whats going on internally with HER OWN business. I tried to buy from her in may when she was newer, but even then her website wasn't working properly due to high volume and she didn't handle those issues very well (deleting comments, getting mad at paying customers and all that) which put a bad taste in my mouth so I never tried to order again. So much has happened since and I literally thank the heavens that I never gave her my money.

The privilege she knows she has based on her entitlement is insane. She is clearly insecure and doesn’t know what she is doing. If her business is doing as well as she says she wouldn’t feel the need to hoot and holler about others and what their doing with their shops. she recently removed the exact date of her next restock and instead just put January. She should probably just cancel it all together then push through the 1500 orders and 800+ refunds. She could possibly have a sliver of a chance to redeem herself in a way and she’s not taking it.

She also trys to say she sells crystal types first! she made 2 videos back to back saying "remember where you saw these first" and in the videos she just showed off some of the crystals that would be in the restock. LITERALLY THE MOST BASIC CRYSTALS. SHE ACTS LIKE SHE HAND CARVED THEM, AND ACTS LIKE SHE WAS THE FIRST TO SELL THEM AND THAT NOBODY ELSE SELLS THEM. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. There are thousands of beautiful, unique ACTUAL HIGH QUALITY CRYSTAL SELLERS.. Thats another thing that bugs me, as a fellow crystal lover I KNOW HOW MUCH SHES PAYING FOR THESE CRYSTALS WHOLESALE, AND I KNOW MY CRYSTALS/ CRYSTAL QUALITY. SO, the fact she tells her young followers that dont know any better that she sells the highest quality crystals for cheap.. SORRY SHE SAYS SHE HAS THE MOST UNIQUE, HIGH QUALITY, YET CHEAP crystals.. BUT THE THING IS, THEYRE BASIC AS FUCK. Thats one of her many manipulation / marketing schemes she pulls. Acts like she has something no one else has, which just isn't true and quite frankly her business is boring besides the confetti..i make wire wrap jewlery and have dreamed of opening up my own crystal/jewlery/art i make/metaphysical shop SINCE 2014. Kenna was probably in middle school, so it kills me to see that just her getting into the space in 2021, has made it such a negative space. in her comments shes told people how much she spends on the confetti i think she said 8k which is such a fucking bs lie. i can tell all of you right now her confetti bins cost her aboutn 1-2K MAX. I hope she stays clear from my shop because i've worked so hard at getting great at making crystal jewlery, and if she would come along accusing me of copying her or something i'd be mortified and so upset. that's probably how most crystal shops on tiktok feel.. i think it’s kind of crazy how kenna claims to be a small business and uses that excuse as to why she can’t issue these refunds or get these orders out. she has 3 million followers and claims to make 6 figures a year. at that point, it is no longer a small business in my opinion. if the orders are too much she needs to either cut down how many orders she’s taking or hire a team. there’s nobody to blame but her 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't like how she said in her video that people were just praying for her downfall or something like that, when all I've seen is constructive criticism. People shouldn't have to wait months and months for something they bought, within a reasonable amount of time.

Yeah i bought a gift card last year bc she had said it would make it easier to get something in a restock and that it was supposed to notify me, i couldnt use the gift card for almost a whole year bc her restocks sell out in literally 5 mins, i lost half of my cart as i was doing the purchase and was shaking that id still have the gift card that i couldnt get a refund on. I literally watched a girl on live pour out supposedly "real" potions because it was the wrong one didn't clean the jar poured in the right potion and sealed it.. then a buyer asked when her order from etsy would come she'd been waiting 3months the girl literally got so defensive stating she's 1 person and the customers 1 stupid ring would get shipped out whenever the F*CK I WANT TO SHIP IT. But yet spent 2.5hours on live making sure her at home makeup was perfect 🤦🏼‍♀️

Im honestly terrified i wont ever get my order bc of how upset i was that i had felt like i lost 100$ to a gift card i couldnt use, i make like 1,200 a month that 100$ was a gift that could mean a lot to me and i did finally get an order in but most people who did orders have at least gotten an email i have not i may be out 160ish now 😓😡

I didn't know about all of the drama surrounding her at first. I just followed her on tik tok a few months ago cause I seen she was in to crystals. I seen the whole "creator of crystal confetti" thing and I was confused because I know I seen crystal mixes in metaphysical shops before, but I was like whatever. I was following along to see when her next restock was going to be and watched as she kept saying she was only going to announce it like a day or 2 before hand because she didn't want traffic issues on the site. But then she announced her restock for 2/22 like 2 weeks before the restock. That threw up some red flags for me. But I was like whatever I've been wanting to try her crystal confetti for a while now and she has some cute things coming up. So I set my alarm as I am 2 hours ahead of her and attempted to order. And it was a disaster. Between the prices she charges for some of the items and how the site couldn't handle the amount of visitors it had I gave up. No shop or creator is worth the stress. I've been in some pretty stressful releases before and they still went smoother than that. But I was curious if maybe it was just me having issues so I went to her page to see. The comments she was getting were pretty rough, but the way she was replying to people and the way her minions were attacking others was insane. So toxic for someone selling CRYSTALS. She deleted that video, and people went on to the previous video to be like "hey, this kinda sucked" and again, her response was off. I can understand being frustrated, but she is a business owner and in no way was it acceptable to speak to potential customers the way she was. To encourage the people attacking others by agreeing and liking their just as awful comments. Did she deserve every single comment made? No absolutely not some of them were vile. But her reaction was way less than professional. I decided to look at some of her older videos that weren't packing videos and I noticed a trend. I was on Facebook and in one of my crystal groups they were talking about Kenna and someone linked this video and I'm so glad they did. I had pretty much decided I wasn't going to be able to purchase something from her shop because of the way its ran that night, but this all solidified it. There are so many creators out there that bust their butts for their customers that deserve the love and support. Bringing up the fact that Jeffree Star and Walmart have had some of the same issues with their restock and releases? The huge difference is she had 121.000 people on at once where as theirs were in the millions. The excuses are not cute. It's so sad because she could have such a huge beautiful platform, but she's slowly ruining that.
