I agree with everything you said Atticus. At Christmas I say all 3 holidays and if someone says the celebrate Christmas I say Merry Christmas to them. I am a Catholic and I celebrate Christmas. You would nake a great friend for me.
People say happy holidays because Christmas is not the only winter or even December holiday. If I know you're Christian I'll say Merry Christmas if I don't know I'll say happy holidays. Why are you so easily offended at a genuinely nice sentiment? I feel like that's not the attitude Jesus would have.

Oh yes I've seen it, that's why every time I get out anywhere and pay for stuff, I make it a point to say Merry Christmas, and I think it throws some people off, but realizing what I just said, they usually struggle to say it back fast enough.
I wholeheartedly agree with this. It disappoints me how commercialized Christmas has become (also synonymous with Charlie Brown). Everyone has been in such bad moods and stressed out because they truly do forget the true meaning, or are afraid to express their joy and reverence because apparently religion is offensive now. I have not really enjoyed this season as I should, but your video has inspired me to make holy these last few days before Christmas and really reflect. I guess I assume you live in Los Angeles if you make TV shows. I live in Indiana and watched It's A Wonderful Life over last Christmas. It was on TV several times! I don't know if any TV station showed Little Drummer Boy, but they played A Charlie Brown Christmas here. Also WTBS played the wonderful movie A Christmas Story over and over for 24 hours on Christmas. I watched Christmas themed episodes of The Office, Downton Abbey, Friends and Modern Family. GLEE has a Christmas special called A Very Glee Christmas. When someone says Merry Christmas to me, and they do at my grocery store, I always say Merry Christmas back. I am not offended if someone says Happy Holidays because their wish for inclusiveness is sincere. Hunukkah is around the same time, so there is more than one holiday involved. I guess I don't look for ways to be offended. I take good wishes in any form as sincere.

1st: I always correct anybody and I mean anybody including the CEO where I work (I didn't even know it was him, but that doesn't matter anyway.) With, "You mean Merry Christmas." 2nd: I think TV stations do not show those wonderful shows anymore because they are so afraid of offending someone (like they cannot turn the channel?) 3rd: True story: Each week at work there is a theme to get company money to spend on products. Last Friday 12/22/19 it was Dress for your Destination. I forgot all about it. One of the leads came up to me yesterday and asked me what my destination was. Totally not knowing why she was asking I said, "Heaven." We got a good laugh. I was suppose to say like The Bahamas, Bora Bora etc. that kind of destination. She gave me 2 company dollars and said, "Well, I don't think I have enough here but here are $2." I said, "Two will do, I don't even need those." Question: will you be putting the video up soon from your twitch play. Again, I missed it. I had to make a quick trip to the Dr. and when I FINALLY got home when I sat down to rest for 5 minutes and fell asleep. Woke up 45 minutes in and went to Twitch, but couldn't chat because you have to have the app 🙄. Hopefully next time. Have a wonderful Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
