When I had a school performance I was in, my dad would say, "I'll take you out for a royal evening.". We would go to Burger King and Dairy Queen. I had a banana split. Great memories. Great video!

I grew up eating Dairy Queen and I'm old! When I was a kid I like peanut buster parfaits and dipped cones. As an adult I became a blizzard girl. My favorite blizzard was the peanut butter crunch blizzard. Those aren't on the menu anymore. Dairy queen ice cream with peanut butter and crunch bars. It's so good! Classic Reese's blizzards are good too. Peanutbutter is LIFE!!😊 Loving your videos Atticus❤

Happy Belated Birthday to you, Atticus! DC is amazing. Have you been to the redwoods on any of your travels? I live near the Oregon border on the California coast, so we are surrounded by redwoods. Amazing & beautiful. If you are a Star Wars fan, the Ewok scenes on the Forest Moon of Endor were filmed here. BTW, the church I attend supports a missionary family in Poland. They do kind of a family camp outreach every year in August and can always use volunteers, so that would be a good way to get to Poland and you could stay and explore afterward.

Another satisfying Saturday visit with Atticus. For lunch, I had a 12 ounce New York strip steak with french fries at a local diner. I was enjoying the company of dear friends and craving steak. definitely could’ve gone somewhere else for a truly great steak, but this served its purpose. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think the quality of the Dairy Queen blizzard has been the same since around the pandemic. It can really be hit or miss here in Central Pennsylvania. Some days it has great consistency. Other days it’s like I’m ordering a thick soup. Having said that, my favorite current blizzard flavors are the picnic peach cobbler, and the frosted animal cookie. Love Dairy Queen, we like all their food and goodies it’s in the 100’s here in Oklahoma but the humidity is a killer, DQ is a refreshing treat. Are favorite is the Peanut Buster Parfait!

The most memorable thing for me when I visited DC was the changing of the guard at the tomb of the unknown soldier. I didn't go into it with any expectations or even enthusiasm to see it....but it 100% humbled my young mind(at the time) and brought emotion I never expected. Truly an eye opening experience for me.

Alot of DQs still have chicken strips and the stuff you mentioned, chicken strips are still one of their main promotions. But some are very limited in items

Atticus, we just found the original 2007 pilot for The Middle where you are the only original cast. Wow!! Would you be able to tell us all in the next video how that pilot came to be and how you got the part? You looked very young. Also, when actors do pilots, do they expect to be cast if the show gets picked up? Any idea why it took 2 years before the next pilot with you and the final cast? Sorry for all the questions! We burgers chicken. Fries, and ice cream. They might have hotdogs. They might have a lot of other things. I usually git 1 of there many burgers to choose from. I usually go through the drive through. I ate a big lunch/ dinner. Chicken gravy stuffing, mashed potatoes and green beans. It sounds alot be it was good.

If they don't turn it upside down you get your next blizzard free. DQ menu is done by location maine is hot dogs and mainly ice cream for most. Georgia is hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken fingers and of course ice cream.

I love Dairy Queen and their Blizzards. My favorite are the Ultimate Cookie Blizzard, Peanut butter cookie dough, cookies and cream, brownie batter and fluffernutter blizzard. I love them all actually!! And their french fries with their ranch dressing are amazing!! 😋🍦

The menu at DQ seems to be franchise dependent. They actually have a lot of stuff like burgers, chicken strips, etc. But not all locations have them. Some locations also literally only have ice cream.

Atticus if you think it's hot there, come to southern Indiana where your tv show "The Middle" takes place. It get so hot and humid here with heat indexes over 100. It's like Florida but without any oceans; there is a lot to do, you can actually visit a limestone quarry, and hunt for geodes, and we'll take you to Jiffy Treet.
