What I loved the most about this trailer was the npcs talking to each other and the a.i of those npc marines man. They sure can fight like a normal player can do!
I think for you to upgrade your stats is to train just like luffy from anime also activating haki most likely increase your stats like armament boost your strength full armament boost your defence and increase strength
I mean, they did exactly say that in the game. You do anything to become stronger, like how luffy does he fights people, nami navigates to becomes more knowledgeable and helpful to the crew overall, etc. rewatch the movie tbh
tldr: rell seas is just a higher quality but average anime game Tbh I dont think this game will overtake Bloxfruits, or revolutionize Roblox or anything. Don't get me wrong, it's far better than other anime games, but aside from the combat (which is true stun so it's likely stat and tool reliant), the other options are basically simulator-type. Lockpicking is a repetitive minigame for every chest, fishing and logging are straight up simulators, and crafting seems to be more of a passive thing than actual path. (I definitely appreciate the focus on exploration and more roleplay elements like cooking and trading tho) I'm mostly worried it'll become like Arcane Odyssey, with a ton of unrelated but interesting features. These progressions should be integrated with other mechanics, rather than being completely seperate. (For example, people could use stealth and lockpicking skills to sneak past certain mobs and get their treasure, instead of fighting them. Or fishing could be an alternate method to fighting sea creatures, leading them away or even catching them.) cz right now it seems like the extra "paths" are just filler content hyped up as full progressions you can focus on. And if it's the case, then Rell Seas really only relies on combat, like other anime games. Not saying that this is a bad thing, look at Deepwoken; but the game will run dry a lot faster than people expect.
i think the ocean should have rocks often, but not as often as in blox fruits and it'd be also cool when you dive into the water you'd see sea animals down there with plants and so on, so you wouldnt only see a blue background with no water effects at all
For anyone still worrying about having a custom crew logo and having it be the same as someone else there are 1M+ diffrent logos you can make and its way oever 10M if were including color
there is only really one piece of criticism that i have, which i don't think i would fully consider criticism but rather sort of like, a thing of which i personally don't like, which is how the combat in the game seems to rely very heavily on stun and combos, which i feel like might make the combat feel bland and make it more like every other roblox game where the combat is just you and someone else trading combos, and also they added ways to escape them, im still not feeling too confident about it, but i guess we'll see more about that in the next movie other than that im pretty hyped for the game !!
@@greasythighs7674 stun combat is generally the worst combat, most roblox games just have it boil down to you learning like one infinite or insta kill combo and then not having to do anything else. but yeah, could still be good. gonna have to play
I promise you that almost if not every game I’ve played, ( sense them implementing ani chests ) I’ve noticed there are less hackers. Most are guys that troll around at this point.
I really like how when you pull out swords it isn't instant so you cant just combo with fists and instantly use a sword move, it kind of makes the combat more refreshing and unique.
It's gonna be a great game fr but God those two ain't got any skills at putting together a "movie" it was so hard to listen to them. Felt like they just jumped in and hit record :/

Me personally, I think we can all agree the mount animations are somewhat bad. Not the models but the animation it self feels like a simulator mount, not to mention it doesn’t feel like it’s grounded, like no foot steps or nothing from the mount, or having your mounts legs go forward and slightly up to brake your mount to quickly slow down.
a thing i don't like about mounts is them turning, when they turn they just do the forward walking animation. but oh well, the movie footage was from june or july, and they said most stuff from the movie has already been revamped.
im so excited for this game, everything is SO GOOD. The one thing I have a problem with is how SHIPS are supposedly stronger than devil fruits..? Like what is a ship gon do when fkn enel fat boy farm, kaido dragon form and leopard form pulls up 💀💀💀💀
I hope they add the revolutionary army so like marines you can join them and actively go against the government and raid their ships and stuff and spread their Influence

This isn't really a criticism but more of a disappointment I had with rell seas was the combat, yes I understand everyone has a prefreance but the "True Stun" combat has been the standard for most roblox games for a very long time. I know it is a big task to completely engineer a combat system but with a studio as big as Rell and the amount of resources they have I personally think they missed out on something that would really revolutionize roblox games as a whole.
The system doesn't reward actual skill, it's just whoever gets the first hit and then follows with a repetitive combo, sure you can add evasive but all that does is ruin the flow of the combat@@dojiio
@@0kured they have more than just evasive they even have counter and parrying (not deepwoken parry but still) i also think the only reason why they chose true stun combat is because games like deepwoken sure the combat is good but not everyone appreciates the combat and with things like geppo and even mid air fights having another combat system wouldn’t work well
