UPDATE NOTHING HAS CHANGED. She’s gotten worst

First of all, just because you are a black owned business does NOT mean i have to like, promote or agree with your products OR your customer service. Second off, whether you were just starting off or you been doin it, thats no excuse to have a nasty attitude or a quick clapback to customers or followers. Honestly, i do believe that her head is hyped up a lil but atp and her ENTITLEMENT from these customers and supports issa no. I watched your initial review right before this one and everything you said in the video, i thought to myself while watching. Some people just cant take constructive criticism..AND IF YOU WAS IN A HOTEL, WHAT ABOUT IT, TF. THATS YOUR BUSINESS TF. Yea i was thinking of buying and trying out the whole collection but issa no for me because i am BIG on customer service and how a company CHOOSES to react to a review or helpful feedback that could help them out. You werent rude at all, all i saw was facts so as far as im concerned, shes not mad at what you said, shes mad that you said it online and lots of other people agreed..

Some people are gonna love your brand and some aren’t gonna like it. Take the criticism and move forward by being professional and fixing the issue. Business is business. We can all learn from criticism.

She’s unprofessional as hell. After waiting 2 months for the rose galore I purchased, I reached out to her customer service no response, finally commented on her Moonxcosmeticsllc page on Instagram simply asking for my tracking number & she blocked me and deleted my comment. Smh never again

A huge problem for her is that she doesn’t include a preservative in her products. Meaning by the time anyone uses it or decided to use it. It can possibly be contaminated with bacteria and cause your skin to breakout. There is a lot of natural preservative you can use in your products that’s goes for oil or anything with water or may come in contact with water and the skin.

She literally just blocked me and I’m a paying customer. Don’t purchase her products, support another black business instead 🤷🏾‍♀️

Moon x cosmetics has awful customer service and thats why its hard to support black owned business. Someone needs to mentor her as a new business owner. She is now charging restock fee....its now $25 to get access to a vip list and you may not get guaranteed product. And she is not shipping the bottle in glass but plastic now and the price still isn't changing and she has been restocking one item at a time and charging $20 shipping for that one item. Someone really needs to report her she is very rude and shady and blocks you instead of taking constructive criticism and her promo codes never work!

I’m a small black owned business as well that makes custom jewelry and I love supporting black owned businesses and every time I tried to buy some of her products it’s sold out. When I go to her Instagram, I see nothing but positive comments but when I just looked her up on the Better Business Bureau I read a TON of complaints and people asking for a refund. I’m going to support a different black owned skin care business.

Not to bash anyone’s company but I would never in my life buy face products that have not been approved through the FDA. Let’s start there is she licensed? Hell no and I read a comment about her not having a proper ingredient list on the packages. Black women don’t waste your time or money.

I haven't used her product yet because I haven't gotten it, so far what I seen from moonxcosmetics is very bad business practices and they're very sarcastic in their response when you don't get your order so I'd like to thank you for putting out this video.

Congratulations to her and all on becoming a millionaire but she really needs to work on her professionalism. Deleting comments that are asking questions about your products and blocking people isn’t really professional.

At this point, I think I’ll just order Fenty skin. It’s always in stock, cheaper for a kit, and more professional. I’m really annoyed with how this Moon girl runs her business. Random restocks without a time. I’m waiting by the phone all day for a notification and getting anxiety trying to buy things that are in my cart but sold out 🥴. It’s too much drama for me.

She don’t even have her ingredients properly listed and she’s so unprofessional. This is why she will not get my business. People need to stop buying from her honestly

I whole heartedly agree with you and most def the fact that you want to see products on struggling skin! How are we seeing results from people with perfectly genetic skin? How are people with perfectly genetic skin selling skin care products and dreams, as if their skin is going to look like that when ... you can’t sell your genes. And influencers or celebrities who have all this money to afford dermatologists and facials, keeping their skin 100% and using products on already great skin. It’s all just a lie and the ppl been just eating it up. I run my own black owned small skin care business and I truly have my own acne issues. Never try to pretend like it’s perfect over here. There is no cure for acne, it’s all about getting a control on what feeds your skin positively. I appreciate this video queen!

wow, this video really changed my mind about her, not even the fucking product BUT HER. how she could say that about your review? i totally feel you, this is your channel, your opinion and your own money was involved, so the fact she had the nerve to say something like that after taking YOUR money... wow. honestly i live outside of EEUU but i saw A LOT of people talking about the "crack in a bottle" the rose galore was and i have been saving my coins to try it because the product was kinda expensive but the shipping outside the states was fucking ridiculous, still i was willing to give it a try, the same way you did and at this point i don't give a shit if her products are good or not, i'm all about customer service, i work at the corporate office of a really big company so i know how important the customer service experience is, and the fact she, as the owner, is treating potential customers like that... it's just, hell no. thanks for saving my pocket ♡

I just wanted to say thanks for being truthful about the products. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that's something she needs to learn as a business woman. I saw others post bad reviews about her products and about shipping taking forever. As a consumer I always read the reviews before deciding to purchase the items. Thanks again for your honesty.

Everyone isnt gonna like a product as a customer or as a business owner. People should just try it for themselves everyone have different skin lol but there is other brands that makes the same exact thing. And business owners need to understand that too. I havent had anyone talk negative about my business but she have both thats why people need to do at their own discretion 🤣

And like me, I naturally have nice acne free skin and can use any product to enhance it lol but like my hair growth oil im happy i have proof that it works on all hair types, ages, and ethnicities

Literally. Ari skin been bomb. Dream too. Jayda skin does well then breaks out sometimes, but I don’t believe it was the oil that helped. I bought it and I broke out. Hyperpigmentation got worse. My face looked better before and once I stopped it calmed down in 3 days.

In her videos, the camera either isn't really focusing on her face or she's sitting too far away for you to examine her skin up close. And the other thing is I've seen people asking for her to do a skin routine video but she doesn't respond to them. I won't say she has bad skin but I agree that she should be a walking billboard for her skin product. Edit: I just saw a clearer video of her and from what I saw, you are right. Her skin should be flawless for that price range.

You guys should check out bellakosmetics she has great body and face products! And her turmeric face wash is only $12.99 and it’s really good. If your too sensitive to turmeric she has rose clay face wash. Scrubs and much more. Go on IG and search bellakosmetic and she works in the military as well. She’s a very hard worker and her customer service is amazing! Also GoddessoftheseaBeauty is a great one as well! My two favorites!

Customer Service, Customer Interaction, Marketing, and business structure...she wasn’t ready at all and it’s beyond her. She’s disrespectful, doesn’t make enough product, and now charges $25.55 for VIP passes that only guarantees dibs on the upcoming restock, you don’t know what products are being restocked, and it’s still first come first serve with VIP, then the public that stayed up all night trying to get VIP, only has 5 seconds to checkout with the couple of products that’s left. Her products seem to be a good formula and ready for use but that’s as good as it gets! As far as the actual products , I never tried it but have read and seen great results and feedback. But it’s not worth trying to experience her products because you’ll never be able to have a skin care routine, once you run out it could be a year before you get more.

I ordered from her back in 2019. I received one of my items & never received the other. Did everything I could to contact her & get the missing item until I eventually just gave up. Save your coins.

Which was still up and running and able to order etc. I was told after contacting them that they would not fulfill orders from the old website. So I disputed it. Same here with salt.xo.. she literally have high shipping and increased her priced way up! Her products are no different than Walmart brand products. You just have to know how to use them and be consistent. They’re overrated because ppl like Jayda is promoting it and little ig baddies.. I’m using high brands because they have good customer service and don’t be charging me $10 for shipping when I spend $30+. If you’re a small business you have to stay small before you act big. They act big while they’re small and that’s why it’ll be hard for them to thrive.

I had a bad experience as well as far as their last launch.. all of sudden it’s all these scammers using their name..yea right.. I simply said on their ig my opinion.. which was they need to protect their customers better and have a better broadband and they blocked me.. now since they did that I feel like they set up those fake accounts during their last launch. In the end this is a business and they should have tougher skin when one states an opinion.
