I love that Eugene is obvs VERY passionate about style, bit also VERY talented as a stylist. The thing he said about how a seemingly "simple" outfit can become a statement just by playing with form REALLY got me in the mood to raid my wardrobe and throw some outfits together (and funnily, I'm going to be in a street fashion show next month, so this inspiration came at the PEEFECT time)

one of my strongest Eugene memories is when they were panicking at Keith's wedding about one of his best men not having his pants and Eugene suggested they get him and the other best man different colored pants and said "if it's two it's a choice, if it's one it's a mistake." You know, after watching this I kind of understand why Eugene was so upset and looked angry in their announcement video. Eugene shared a very important part of himself. His clothing is how he identifies himself and how he expresses that identity. It took a lot of trust and love for him to open that part of his life. So imagine how he must have felt finding out what Ned did and realizing that he shared an intimate piece of himself with someone who was actively lying to and betraying him. That's really difficult and I hope Eugene is doing okay.

I’m pretty sure they were styled or told what outfits to wear lol. If not, they probably would have come out in some crazy outfits and that could have come off as insensitive. They had time to play with the clothes before hand but The fact that they were all dressed in the exact thing Eugene mentioned, let me know that he had to have put the outfits together for them back stage.

Zach looked the best hands down. The monochrome gave him a slimming effect, while creating a more sophisticated ensemble. The see though blouse showed a more sensual side while the pants formed to his waist and legs completing the look. I go back and watch the old videos and he's so closed off and stiff in comparison, even when he's having fun he seems like he can't fully let go, a lot of the time it seemed like he didn't even want to admit he liked the other guys, contrast that to now and he's always smiling, relaxed, comfortable in his own skin, and openly caring towards the other guys, boosting their egos and cheering them on. It's amazing. I think coming out and finding friends who love and accept him for who he is and having his family accept him for who he is has done wonders for him.
