I appreciate how Dr.Welsh softens the blow of when she delivers the news. Especially when the try guys found out that everyone but Eugene had the CEO rare gene, there was a possibility that Eugene could feel left out and Dr. Welsh accounted for that. She took the fact that reason didn't have that disease as a strong point. Eugene is the glue for the rest that strengthens the foundation, while the rest of the try guys are power forwards. I appreciate you Dr. Welsh

Given that Eugene seemed to not take it too seriously, I don't know if he was that offended. He actually made a very valid point when he sarcastically said "White, straight men being CEO is crazy..." if we are considering that we are literally talking about a gene make-up and a gene prevalent in one specific part of the populations. It could easily be it is tied to simply being caucasian of ethnicity and of the male gender. Though you are right, it was kind of her to do so.
