Caught this tour at the Pantages Theater, Hollywood in 77. Changed my idea of what a live show could and should be forever..Tubes were so ahead of their time as far as integrating new staging, props, even synchronized dancing into live concerts, Alice gets all the credit but The Tubes were right there pushing the envelope at the same time. Underated does not begin to describe this band! Your life is smoke and the world is my ashtray!..Its how you do me ;-)) RIP Vince...we miss you man!
omg. I saw this show as well. We were lucky to see them in the front row. It blew my mind, what a great memory that was. just got to see them this month in Minnesota 2019. Still charming clever and awesome.
i seen alice cooper few times i caught the tubes live at club in southampton england the bottom line is the tubes are better in every department i love my rock but tubes change all the time and are over people heads it;s not bread and butter rock very talented
That riff at 5:55 is so awesome. Once I was tripping in NYC for over 2 days. That riff was glued in my brain. Everything I did, or moved was to that riff, haha..
They performed an abbreviated version of this classic on the Cher show. It reminded me of an AM radio edit but Cher was a good sport & joined the chorus line.
No worries man. I agree with you. Vince and Michael Cotton's keyboard arrangements were phoenomenal as was the twin guitar attack of Spooner and Steen. Just saw them recently. They are down to a 5 piece with one guitar/keyboard/bass/drums/Fee. All original members with exception to the keys player. Still awesome. Dedicated "Dont want to wait" to Vince. Tubes Rock!
I need a couple cigarettes after playing several hours of pick up basketball at the ymca . i smoke right there in the locker room before i take my shower . well use to . can't smoke anywhere indoors anymore. bummer

Great performance but who can tell what is going on in this video? Maybe there are naked women writhing around Fee, possibly Vince is naked as well. Tantalizing!
