A brief description about the TURN technique taught by Pro Shot and what it looks like when done properly. The TURN gives a shooter alignment and comfort. The TURN starts in the shoulders but also can involve the hips and feet. Many players are told to focus on the elbow, but the elbow aligns with the shoulders and the release. To get the elbow aligned you must address the release and the shoulders to achieve good alignment.
