If you want to experience this version (The Fifth Dimension), then make sure you are boarding the Service Elevator in the right corner of the boiler room. This would be the left set of elevator doors if you was looking at the Tower of Terror from the outside.
Thank you for uploading this! This was the only version which didn't have a clean version of the audio! Now I finally know what Sally was saying! Also, great job at the ride footage and using clips of the commercial as B-Roll!
I read somewhere that this version is only playing in half the lifts, and the original is playing in the other half. Can anyone confirm this?? I hope it’s true :( I love the original
Nope the original version no longer plays in any of the three shafts. They each have their own unique drop profile: The Fifth Dimension, The Shaft Creatures and The Malevolent Machine. One profile has a piece of the original version still intact, however I don't want to spoil the experience.
One of the reasons why they changed it is because Disney doesn't own the rights to the Twilight Zone.They had some legal issues when the owners of the Twilight Zone wanted to re-boot the show for modern audiences
