I have a 21 s5 with this message. Dealer wants $190.00 to reset it. I tried obd11 and it did not prompt me with the green button would not let me proceed?

You can do this manually in OBD11 without using credits in Dashboard / Adaptation

Question. The dongle in that eBay link doesn't appear to be an official obdeleven dongle, does it still allow to connect to obdeleven vag app or do i need the more expensive obdeleven dongle?
