The Two Week Notice 

This video discusses the concept of the two week notice and how that should likely change as times have changed. Two weeks of notice is no longer considered sufficient or adequate to find replacement help. Times have changed dramatically. At least six to eight weeks is now preferable, especially if you have a good working relationship with your employer. Anything less could very likely be seen as offensive and inconsiderate.
