You as a social animal(humans are), should care what others think. However, only worry about constructive criticism and not people who say "you're ugly", "you're too short" Shit you can change and people who tell you it in a nice manner @@AJ........

I am 25 years old and only 5ft 1in tall. Lucky for me I found your channel years ago and worked on things which i knew i can changed and improve. Ever since i worked on other aspects of myself, i never face any sort of criticism for my height. Living a great life. Thanks mate
I honestly stopped caring this year and it was the biggest relief. Tired of hearing about fashion trends, the 8 million skin care systems out there, hairstyles, the list goes on. I encourage everyone to just find what works for them and stick with it. Self development turns into a freaking never ending hamster wheel if you let it. I also noticed I received the least respect from people in general when I tried too hard or was wearing an outfit that looked too out of place even though social media would tell you it’s “on trend”
I agree with you alex it’s not necessary to change you’re looks or appearance you just have to accept yourself for who you are there’s just some things you just can’t change about yourself or have no control over accept your flaws and insecurities because we all have imperfections and that is ok nobody is perfect
this was so needed currently 18 was genetically blessed for looks but ruined my looks in middle school due to no knowledge of anything , I just was very studious guy who knows only to study , started working on myself in 11th grade went from 6 to 8 8.5 in last two years but still felt like I have to be more perfect then I would be more confident and socially extrovert in the entire journey but turns out that even if would become 10/10 hypothetically even then it wont work .I have to push my inner self to go and be social , I used to avoid video calls of old friends thinking all the time that currently my hair is bit messed , lighting and background is not good , not well groomed now like this etc etc but this video opened my eyes thank you very much for this bro and guess what today I went outside and met with relatives and others cause today it was festival in my country INDIA talked to them , had laughter etc etc turned out that I was naturally extrovert only the thing was just my brain full of insecurities and thinking people would judge me if I would not look perfect . once again thank you very much
My glow up journey began way back in 2019. I had lots of momentum and for a time I felt great… that has all changed. I now struggle with extreme self confidence issues and I have lost the ability to trust the process. I’ve lost the ability to be able to just focus on myself… I find myself comparing myself to others… telling myself I am not good enough etc. thank you Alex for making this video… this is a topic that is not talked about enough . ❤️
If you go to the gym then never compare yourself to people at the gym, if you compare yourself to the average person in your town/city you would be shocked how incredible you look!
The thing is if you’re already fit and going to gym consistently you’re already ahead of the average person You don’t need to be the most jacked guy in the gym either most regular people just wish they could be fit

As a man who has struggled with disordered eating and boy dysmorphia, this is real. I have struggled for years with this. I have had to work on my mental well being. I do well, then something happens and I slowly start again. I stay ever vigilant.
Wanting to look better is natural but looksmaxxing really can be bad for one's psyche. Fixating over anything that much is going to cause problems, and this is worse since there's only so much you can do to change your looks. Vanity's a hell of a drug.

I literally have no issues with my looks at all, Im confident in myself and how i look. Im very well put together and im super clean and organized. If you take care of your personal health and hygiene and have good style then you have nothing to worry about! Just be confident in Yourself ❤💯
The thing that I can't understand is that the looksmaxing guys say you should wear sunscreen daily but the general fitness ones says it can cause cancer. Whose advice should I follow?
