What happened to older deck and build reviews? Like Panzer Lehr, 5. Panzer Wiking, normal 5. Panzer, Fedyunka, 97 and 84 strelki and others.. There is only battle video with them in the playlist.

@@helix_s It is surely not because division was updated. 1. Pancerna was updated in last patch, but old deck build video is still there. Meanwhile Tyurina, Tartalek, 5 Panzer we not changed in update really, but are missing.

Such an underrated division! One thing that I've started doing in all my decks is always use self propelled AA in A phase. I usually play team games and it helps prevent the opening air cheese because they keep up with the transports.

@atkpwr - you should try the 251/21 you get on PzShrk and Sturmgruppe teams. The drilling 3x flak cannon is brutal to infantry.

You need the sturmgruppen furher for the half track with 3 15mm AA guns. Those insta pin any inf. It is insane how fast they pin stuff.

True it's pinning units basically instantly, each burst is a unit pinned which can break up even biggest infantry pushes. However to me the problem is that GD has so much autocannon and anti-infantry options that taking these 251/21s becomes redundant. You need the Aufk.Pz38(t) anyway, and the SdKfz251/9 with 1500m HE are also no-brainer choice for that price, and the StuH42 is great 2k HE too... so that when you complete entire deck with all these good unique options, the Drilling becomes redundant and not even needed, especially since you can only take them as transport for units that you want to be available cheaper and in fast transport (MG42, Pzschreck, and Sturm.Fuhrer, which is not very good unit by itself) Honestly I wish they'd reduce it's price to 20 points, since 251/9 is 25pts and it's more useful and universal

I really think those flak guns on infantry can be killer. The thing is you get AA and infantry for 30 points less than a slow, basic 37mm, which is GREAT since air power with the division is so so so weak. Panzerbusche isn't necessary if you're already fielding great long-range AT and tanks.

I do like them, the issue is making your leaders cost 50 points is pretty painful at the beginning of the game

Despite the name this is effectively a panzer division which is why it has a tank icon. The other panzergrenadier divisions all have the halftrack icon.

I really want to see someone make a concerted effort to play NOV and try to make them work. I think it would only be possible if you focus really heavily on artillery and air support to cover for all your deficiencies everywhere else. enemy tanks will need to be killed using planes mostly and enemy AA will have to be countered by using artillery very carefully. I just really want to see a universally "Bad" division used successfully through smart play.

It does happen. "Bad" decks are incredible asymmetric in the right hands. Its always the fault of the driver, in truth, and rarely the fault of the vehicle.

How do you in general feel about having only SK18s and the 150mm standard german arty, are you worried about losing the arty war in a balanced mirror? The SK18 is good in that role but if enemy has anything tracked I feel like you are in such a big disadvantage.

It's definitely a risk. But the Hummel and definitely the wespe really underperform for me, so I really dont like using them

Not really, it was last nerfed years ago, its just kinda poor as AA and you dont need more 2k AT in this deck. Depending on the division it might be a must take or useless.

One of my favourite divisions. Im using both Sturmgruppe without Mg, also using Sturmpios in B, but i need to try panzerbusche halftrack.

Honestly, I'd take the SDKFZ 250/8 over the Panther AufK because the tank will lose to AT whereas the former will eat any AT it encounters. Otherwise, agree with Recon tab.

2 man recon teams at 0 vet spot things *slightly* better than regular infantry squad, making unit kinda useless. Should be upveted or removed imo.

Oh my... Man. You've bulit it wrong. All strong sides of that division in your deck mainly absent. No, really. I can send you really cheese bulid order on that deck if you want. All you need to understand is that GD are about combined arms and it strongly rely on heavy tanks and Wespe cards, whicn can obliterate nearly most of allied divs in 2v2/3v3/4v4.
