In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, Pete & Pedro , and Fashion Anchor is presenting the ultimate 5 minute grooming routine. Alpha uses this 5 minute routine himself!
The Tools You Need Are ...
Small comb, small scissors, tweezers, nose hair trimmer, grooming tool, hand-held mirror, and an amazing razor. Pick a Day and Keep a Routine
Alpha recommends Sunday evening to prepare for the week. The 5-minute routine includes:
* Grab a hand-held mirror, and start at the brows. Clean up the unibrow and underside of the brow as well as cut 'old man' eyebrow hairs.
*Next, use the nose hair trimmer to take care of your ears.
*Move to the nose.
*Trimming and edging the beard follows, where Alpha keeps his at 6mm.
*Then it's time to shave which Alpha uses shave butter. He shaves up on the cheek after he determines the angle and then shaves his neck.
What takes a long time is when you put it off, and you have to tend with a straggly and looking like a savage. You have to sort things out at that point. If you dedicate a day and have a routine, it's quick and easy. Start with the brows and work your way down - you'll always look sharp!

Once a week, unfortunately, doesn't work for me. I keep a decently sizeable groomed beard and like to keep my neck trimmed 100%. Within 2 days I had dark five o'clock shadow. However this routine works great in a pinch! Always great stuff Alpha

nothing "scientifically" fool proof atm mate, even hair transplants arn't guaranteed. The best thing I've heard of is something called Regaine in the UK but it's called Rogaine in America (probably other countries) . Why? Who knows. But apparantly it does help with most people and others it just prevents anymore from falling out. So my advice would be to try that for like 7 months to a year see what the score is, if it's working. then if it is crack on with that until/if science finds something permanent.

Man, in the end...with hair...it's all about genetics. You can use Rogain and w/e bullshit that MIGHT slightly work on some people, but in the end, if you are genetically inclined to go bald by a certain age, you will go bald. My friend's father is bald, and he at 29 is now bald and has loads of white hairs. Meanwhile, my father, 60, still has hair, not thick, but a decent amount and I'm 29, like my friend, and have NO whites and besides a tad of receding hairline my hair is just fine, albeit a bit oily, but Head and Shoulders menthol takes care of that.

I know you like the dollar shave club, but about 5 years ago I thought it would be pretty cool to learn to shave with a straight razor. I picked up some 100 year old razors on ebay (in almost perfect condition) and since then I only use them. Nothing concentrated the mind like shaving with a cutthroat. takes a few weeks to learn to do it well, then afterwards it becomes a way of life. I only take a normal razor for travelling.

Somedays in the army i had to get a reshave, which would mean still full face. Ok in the army actually we shaved everyday thus not much hair,5o clock shadow everyday. But if you take account the reshave conditions Under pressure, your squad mate doing push ups until they drop. it barley takes 1,30minute for a shave. From your locker to get the blade&foam to adding cold water and some aftershave back to the locker extra 20, just in time to do more push ups with your mates.

Like what dollar shave club is doing, i tried them for a few months but i didnt like he razors, i got the highest one. It would irritate my skin, i use the gillete (5 razor). They are high but to me theyre the best. The shave butter though is amazing!!! I bought a few extra to have for a while :)
