Very impressed with how quickly Rob knew he was playing his signature guitar. He didn't touch anything but the strings and neck, heard it acousticly, just played it and knew... And then couldn't find the volume knob hahaha

Adam James Rogers Somebody did a corrosion test and it turns out they tend to corrode at the same rate. Don't buy into corrosion resistant strings.

orlock20 I'm guessing this excludes stuff like elixir? cause when i play on anything not elixir i have to change strings aftera few days cause i have such sweaty hands. And i've never had troubles with my elixirs

These blindfold episode are really entertaining! I like how Rebea picked all strat shaped guitars to make it harder, and feeling the hardware was restricted to make it harder still. I think it would be cool to see a little series where it's the same deal, except different shapes. Do a show with a bunch of different Les Paul shaped guitars, explorer's, V's, maybe a show with all semi hollows... Keep it up guys! I love watching your vids!!

LukeBass1000 Actually, if you watch enough of Rob's videos, you will notice that he slides back to a first position E major using fingers 2, 3, and 4 all the time. If you are switching between barre chords and first position, depending on the situation, this can be a more efficient way of placing the fingers. I don't think Rob was cheating....

When I clicked the video, that's what I expected/hoped, especially due to "All the gear" in the title. I think having ~4 different categories and having them each guess approximately what rank in least to most expensive, and a reasonable price for the perceived quality of OD, reverb, delay etc, would make for an incredible video.

Suggestion: Take 8 guitars, divide them into two sets and have one person play 4 of them. Have the other person blindfolded, guessing which guitar and amp you're playing, then vice versa :D Should be fun ^^

Blindfold semi-hollow (hollow) bodies. I'd like to know if you can hear the difference between a Coronado, a Casino and a Gibson 335 and maybe throw in an Ibanez semi-hollow for kicks. Of course no headstock touching. :-)

Damn, Captain cheated again!!! He touched headstock on Jackson and made assumption about it being Ibanez. Previous time Captain could tell which line of (PRS If I remember right) by touching controlls, if knobs are all the same than ok. And Chapman can recognize his guitars as he did!

Next blindfold challenge should be a Price is Right type of game. One brand but three guitars, and Rob and Lee have to guess which is the high end price, mid range price or low end price. Could be fun or could crash and burn, or could be both.

In that 20 or so minutes i became conditioned to the pillow ;-; it's now weird to see lee's face...however it does strike me as something a blind person might do to themselves. "Well I can't see shit anyway, so i might as well stick a pillow to my face incase i fall over" Oh and his name is now Lee "Pillowface" Anderton. That's a rule.

I'd love to see a humbucker challenge. One guitar type(for ex. multiple chapmans) equipped with stock Epiphone, Seymour Duncan, Gibson, Suhr, PRS, ESP, Bare Knuckle, Fralin etc.. I wonder if manufacturers are recognizable in their "Signature sound".

Haha Lee is always so full of shit in these videos XD When Rabea brought in the Jackson and Chappers said it was the bolt on "profile" that gave it away. Lee right away said that He didn't feel that cus he didn't want to cheat. WTF! He was the FIRST ONE who was touching that and checking it out xD That's when Chappers said that Lee wasn't supposed to feel the structrure of the guitar. Just how it sounds and how it plays xD Oh Lee... you just never seize to amaze xD

How about an acoustic guitar blindfold challenge? Get all the dreadnought shapes out... Martin, Taylor, Faith, Gibson and Epiphone. I think that'll be good fun.

+Rob Chapman I love that single! I literally just went and pre-ordered that CD. I'm super hyped! If the rest of that CD is even relatively close to how awesome White Dove is, it will be a huge success. Keep on doing what you're doing! It keeps guys like me wanting to keep up on guitar even more.
