Peglin Part 52 - as if broccoli wasn't powerful enough. This relic is pretty nuts when you put it in comparison to some other relics. Let's enjoy this moment in time as the broccoli supremacy period. Who knows how long it will last.

you can forge upgrade the egg and it does nothing, it'd be really funny if you upgraded it, it became golden, maybe did more healing, and gave you a double cake for 100hp.

what if twin egg? (some eggs irl can have 2 of those yellow balls inside, forgot the name) you get dual cake maybe, +75MaxHP for it if you do use the twin egg in battle, you just get extra healing from it

Yeah, considering the universal version of the broccoli (the refresher course or something) gives stat buffs every 4 refreshes it kinda makes sense

I really like the balwark thing for self damage builds. Like its another tactic, where you can go the traditional route of taking damage and healing back up, you can also just block the damage before even taking it.

I think you should try to challenge yourself to do a wifi synergy build, we never see those orbs ever get used by you and I want to see how they will play out as the primary orbs in the deck

Small note for the editors, but when there's zoom for the items/orbs, it'd be nice if the text directly to the right of the item/orb description was also visible. I might be the only person that wants this though, so feel free to take my suggestion with a grain of salt.

The ballwark is surprisingly the most offensive build you can get, with irresponsiball and a couple protectorbs I got my irresponsiball well over 1k per peg, insane!

Idk if you know this but if you go into the settings of Peglin you can up the speed up amount from the fast forward button to 3x the speed

lol I never noticed the "sash of focus" prevented death first time, which is, of course, a reference to the pokemon item "focus sash" which leaves you at 1 HP if you get hit by a OHKO. Honestly more of a never failing focus band in this game.

I recently hada dumb idea for a run... I recently actually sacrificed all my orbs for an Oroboros, and then had a shop come up and I dropped the Oroborous out of mild curiosity... I started a perpetual deck shuffle tickdown of HP... I then remembered Bad Cheese exists, dealing +20 damage on reload

Ball lightning inherently sucks with muscircle. The fact it hits multiple pegs makes it extremely likely to crit, it has implied synergy with spinesse.

Amusingly, this was nerfed precisely 3 hours before the video went up. It's every three refreshes now. Also brings it in line with the Refresher Course, which activates every four.

molten mantle is pretty factually the best relic in the game unfortunatly, there's some risk to it after act 1 but if it's offered after the act 2 boss your deck is already probably built enough that you don't need gold anymore

Love the content man! Also, you should try a no-orbs run. I forgot how to set it up, but it uses cheese and the round guard I think? It's also surprisingly effective as long as you make sure you never take any orbs and remove all of them once you get the relics (anything that has power based on reloading I think)

I feel like the dragon boss is a very cool idea, but typically in this game you build up your deck to be something cool, and want to see the culmination (the climax if you will) in the final boss, but since it's nearly impossible for the balls to NOT go down the pit immediately it ends up just feeling lame. In other words, that boss does not make me climax.

Perfectly said. That boss is so unsatisfying.. you barely hit and pegs. It’s a horrible design but it does force you to build around it. Also it makes “gift that keeps on giving” the absolute worst relic in the entire game….. it’s an automatic non pickup now just because you don’t know for sure if he’s the final boss. I think the game should tell you if he’s the final act boss just for this reason.. lol not really but like… yeah they might as well remove the relic at this point.

my problem with the dragon boss is how awful the stage is. I know every boss gets its cute stage based on what the boss is but the it just feels bad how hard it funnels your shots to the sides together with the very high hp.

Bro skipping echorb (especially when doing muscircle) hurts me. It's one of the best orbs in the game in any situation. Better spectorbgiest

Agree. Echorb is an amazing win-more orb if you can consistently make high damage throws. Suddenly, 200 - 300 damage to front is multiplied into 200-300 to all. Or, if you have a build that can consistently overkill the first target, echorb is a better overwhammer since it hits air, too. This consistency is also it's biggest drawback imo. If you're relying on one orb to do the big hit per shuffle, echorbs multiplication might just not happen and it might be just a dud draw too many times.
