It wasn't the day they started filming, that the actor who played Kendra had to learn a Jamacian accent, but it was close to filming. The actor learned how to do the proper one that was from a remote region of Jamaca and the studio was worried fans wouldn't understand her, so the crew was forced to tell her to do a go "understandable" accent. It all goes down to higher ups not understanding how things work and making their own assumptions. Who turned Spike and who sired Spike ("My Yoda" as Spike says) are two different things in Spike's case because Dru didn't and couldn't teach him. #10 and #16 are really the only questions that could fit on a real ultimate quiz.
