Fruits can vary in sugar content based on their fructose levels. While both whole fruits and fruit juices are options, fruit juices often contain higher concentrations of fructose, as it takes multiple fruits to make just one serving of juice. You can have both whole fruits and juices. Additionally, when you juice fruits try not to strain them as straining removes much of their beneficial fiber.
