Hi Gabin, yep! you can set up a recurring tasks by creating a new template on the database (click the blue dropdown top right of the database and click "new template") and name it as the task, you can then set this to repeat every month or week by clicking on the 3 dots next to the page. To have it set on Tuesday for example, click "Weekly" and and select Tuesday only. All task databases are linked so you only have to do this on one (i recommend the source database in the databases folder). Hope this helps - let me know if anything was unclear. Thanks!

@@kinanotion Thank you for the guidance. However...something does not seem to work (I am a beginner in Notion). I manage to create a new template in database, put it on repeat, but I still have a few problems: 1. Does not show up in calendar 2. Don't know how to edit the recurrence (if needed) once the task was created Sorry for coming back on this but is essential to a my task management. Thanks!

Not at all! Relations are simply for when you want to categorise your tasks and projects further and are not a requirement, as you mention, if you still wanted a way of grouping "No project" tasks, then you could absolutely create a project named "No project". Thanks

@@kinanotion great thanks! It seems the trigger that moves it out of inbox is changing to Next Actions, not necessarily the filter once it sees a project or area attached. I’m so used to apps with fixed rules. Ha. I plan to purchase your template as my base system. Any ideas on a way to quick capture next actions while working in other apps?

@@parkersrules9191 Yes absolutely! You can set up a different types of task "templates", so you could have one that is automatically set to a next action. You could then edit the quick capture button to capture the type of task template you use most. Thanks
