Gregory what a brilliant comprehensive explanation /demonstration of these exercises. And I wondered why I was struggling with the reverse lung, because I was doing it wrong! Simple! Thank you for posting I shall be checking my form from now on for sure.

#2 - You don't want to use biceps for the row, but you use rear delt. You can move the scapula without curling the biceps. Rowing is a fundamental exercise. It is meant to use multiple joints.

Need to get back to doing getups. I've gotten away from them, keeping to the basics. Not easy to do, but really enjoyed TGU.

Just bought myself a competition kettlebell for Christmas. Was using a 25 lb cast iron and went to a 12kg. Since it had been sitting outside for the day by the time I got home I had to let it sit for a day to warm it to room temperature. The size difference was a surprise. I have to pay more attention to my press to keep it in line with my shoulder since there is definitely sideways torsion since it sits farther out when resting on my arm. Going to take a week to get used to it with my current workout before I try more advanced exercises. I did make it through my two sets of all exercises.

@@lebe-stark can I ask ok the training for chest you mentioned that having a pull up bar is great to have and bench press but that's not an option for me so is there an alternative with dumbbells?
@lebe-stark

@@martinspilovsky9071 Kettlebells still offer a good training for the full body. Doing the regular exercises (Press, Squat, Snatch, Clean, Jerk) will still develop the chest. We have some more advanced exercises for chest in our kettlebell course that is geared towards building muscle with kettlebells only: academy.lebestark.ch/courses/90-gains-of-kettlebells - Gregory

Is there any differance in muscle/body activation with a 2 handed swing vs h2h swing
@lebe-stark
@lebe-stark Год назад
2H Swing requires both arms to fire constantly; it‘s harder to do.

Good sir, LS, I just purchased a soft kettle bell 12lb as my first kettle bell, more like a bag, but I'm not finding any information on it. Is this kind of kettle bell worthwhile for exercise? Especially noticing how much you focus on correct grip. (It's Jillian Micheals' brand so I've been inundated with seeking out correct kettle bell form (vs using her workouts 🤣) which has led me to you)

If you have the chance to buy a invest in a proper kettlebell, we sell our brand next year. Pre-order starts this Christmas season -> kettlebell.lebestark.ch. - Gregory

Since you already have it, might as well use it until it's time to upgrade and then get a competition kettlebell. That's where it's at. No surprises and no relearning techniques. Not to mention that they're pretty much indestructible so it's a one-time purchase. Pain is temporary, kettlebells are forever! ^^

This is the most over complicated workout explanation ever. I know the kettlebell community thinks they've discovered fire but this is ridiculous.
@lebe-stark

Even though I have the tendency to digress, I tried to make it as simple to understand as possible. Who told you, that our content is fire? I'd love to send them a Thank-You note! - Gregory
